Anyone know Jamo's status?

I too would like to know this, I don't like the sound of 'illness'. I hope it's not serious and we see Jamo out on the park a few more times.

Agreed on Jamo.
I do believe the club sometimes tells little fibs with their injury status reports, and with Jamo it could well be a fib as he has maybe decided to call it a day, but ILLNESS doesn't sound great and you do have to question why they don't just come out and say he has retired.

Was that the last H&A game before the 95 finals series?
That was a ripping game against WC. Winning over there was as tough as it ever has been. Earl's hit was important, not only were we the best team that year but we were also hard as nails.
In the Prelim against North and even the GF against Geel we took some serious body blows early in games and withstood all these hits to still win the games.

Because you need permission to elevate a player for someone that retires mid season. It is usually allowed if a player retires due to injury.

Not that I can recall. It will be 4 weeks until we play GWS that he did the injury, so it must have been pretty bad. He did say at the time that he hadn't done an ankle before.

What does Dangerfield have against Murph?

My understanding is Murphy's injury is one that can have a long lay off, and reading btw the lines is an injury which is hard to say how long he will be out for.
