Jordan Boyd comes out of the side which was named last night, after he was unable to complete main training on Friday due to shin soreness. He’s been replaced in the squad by Jack Martin as an emergency.

Is it weird to seeing players doing their ACL’s in January and March back training in July of the same year? I would have thought we’d see JSOS and Doc back in training for the next preseason training. This just feels unprecedented.

Jack is nearing 7 months since his injury. If anything a little behind schedule. I recall him saying it took a while for the swelling to go down after surgery.

He was off for 10+ minutes against WB and was very poor after he came back on.

The 25-year-old had scans this morning after spending the night in hospital due to a collapsed lung. He is recovering well from the lung issue, but the foot injury will take close to six weeks to heal.

After that hit which was off the ball I believe he was talking to the doc pointing at his chest indicating he had trouble breathing. Thought he was just winded.
