Is it just me, or does everyone feel more confident listening to Russell re how we are managing our injuries? No more 1-2 weeks, just tells it how it is.

Lang getting closer. Fas and kruez ready to go last JLT game or round 1. The three back injuries are starting to come along, should be playing in the early rounds.

40 of the list participating in training in some capacity.

Particularly liked his report on mcgovern - did extra conditioning after he payed the first half and is now ready to pay a full game.

This is the stuff we want to hear.

To me Charlie’s leg looked a little awkward when he landed. I’ll be happy if he plays next game however I’d err on the side of caution.

Yes it didn’t look like a cork he sort of twisted around..

I think he initially copped a corkie in a contest in the forward pocket.

Then got hit again on the wing.

I am however a little suspicious on this one, really hope he's okay.

I had an injured calf in the bottom paddock once...wouldnt stop mooing all night..........

He was tapping the back of his leg.
Thought it was a hamstring initially, but once he straightened his leg, he seemed to be OK>

Don't know how this is being spoken about as a calf issue on what I saw, at least.

He was indeed initially holding the back of his knee as if he had hyperextended it. Couldn't really see him land due to other players blocking the view. Theoretically you can strain those calf muscle fibres near their origin at the knee with a hyperextension, which would be quite uncommon.

Then the extended footage of the trainer massaging his calf only...

I don't see how a cork fits in here, lol.
