15-20 is overs as it is. If you were looking for a comparable trade, the Zac Jones move from Sydney to St Kilda would be a comparable one. Pick #32 plus some back end upgrades of 3rd and 4th rounders.

If we're offloading much more than our 2nd rounder this year, we haven't done a very good job negotiating at the trade table.

So we split 7 for 16 &17 or thereabouts.

17 a touch too high for Saad.

27 too low.

Easy fix. We do 17 and 27 for Saad and the Daniher band 2 compo (~21).

As annoyed as I'd be to lose 7 over an uncontracted player, I'd be even more annoyed if we couldn't get a trade completed and he goes elsewhere.

If players nominate us, we just need to make it happen.

Correct, make it happen but not with pick 7.....split, scrounge, shift, trade players but pick 7 as a stand-alone should not be involved in a Saad deal....imo

Normally, I think it is somewhat a progression, despite sides like the Hawks and Dogs sneaking one

I don't want the club to over estimate our list, like North from a number of years ago, Bombers, or GWS talent

The goal should be to make the 8 (5-8)and win at least 1 final, I see that as a great platform
