Just an FYI for everyone, I've gone through KnobHead's entire posting history and collated his hit/miss rate on rumours. Suffice to say it's pretty poor.

Now I'm not calling him a lying, piece of sh*t troll.....but.....

I'd take this latest rumour with a massive grain of salt.

Pretty sure he's either pulled it from Facebook or made it up himself to try and get some likes.

But hey, I'm not potting him. Just want to make sure everyone has the facts so they can decide for themselves.

Look, I'm not trying to scare him away. But if we really analyse his "rumour" it just doesn't stack up.

I mean, for a start, Lochie's been playing reserves for two years and wouldn't be on all that much money. How the **** would he even afford a reusable coffee cup?

And secondly, everyone knows Sydney Rd gets pretty congested. An outside player like LOB? Pfft. He'd have been at least three or four streets away.

Can't even commit to a drink, either. As if you wouldn't ask him what he was drinking if you saw him.

Just looks like attention-seeking bullshit to me. But hey, you're free to believe it if you want.

Some blokes come on quicker than others. LOB’s only 21. By comparison DC, Bam Bam and Samo are 24, 24 & 23 respectively.

Giving him another year to develop seems fair. With Dow & TDK starting to show glimpses, it should give us confidence that the entire 2017 crew (Dow, LOB and TDK) will be good.

Spot on i reckon . Give him next year at minimum before making a call.

It's not the senior coach's job to develop players, is it? Why do we have development staff and a second tier team if players need to be developed in the senior team?

Being gifted those 35 games early in his career may have done more harm than good to his development as a player. Not everyone's a Sam Walsh who is ready to go from day one.

We cannot control what others think, say or feel - I'm at a loss as to why you're getting so riled up over it.

At the time, I reminded those people that criticism of an opinion is not a violation of their freedom of speech, and that freedom of speech is not freedom from criticism.

Fast forward to now, I'm being told placatingly that this is a discussion forum, and that I should let people discuss. In what way are these arguments different things, albeit one is hiding their actual arguments behind faux reasonableness?

That shits me. Say what you think. Don't hide it behind what you think you're allowed to say. If you've not the backbone to take criticism for what you think, that isn't my problem; hiding it only makes one a coward as well as a arseh*le.

You only ignore someone when you deem their opinion worth absolutely no value, and while I might have a red hot crack against some of the posters in here, I could always be wrong. If I am, how can I know it without other people pointing it out?
