Really can't see how Dunstan would get a game in our best 22, even top 25.

Can only play one role - mid, mostly inside.

Ahead of him - Crippa, Ed, Williams, Walsh, Setters, Gibbons, Cuners, Dow, SPS and Fish.

Then there's Kennedy, JSOS, Philp, Kemp, Stocker.

Simply don't buy it.

It's an A grader or nothing (this year).

And I don't even advocate Menegola given it would limit our options next year.

Oliver, Wines, Kelly, arguably Treloar (at a heavily discounted price)....

Oh, the Bont and Sidebottom too nest year. And Lachie Hunter (would love to get him, not super exxy, accumulator that we lack, sublime ball user, bit of a steadying influence - on field anyway! :grinv1:)
We thought the same thing about newnes. Dunstan probably takes a midfield bench roll. Cuningham/Gibbons spot.

The only similar player to Dunstan would be Ed. He’s a solid inside mid, with reasonable ability to link up around the ground and will come super cheap while St Kilda look to make free up some more cap space. The only reason he‘s not getting a game is due to St Kilda’s huge number of inside mids, and even Seb Ross struggled for game time this year.

He’s worth a 2-year contract easily IMO.

Not When he constantly kicks it 15
And what's to say he wont kick it 15 when kicking forward? Unfortunately he has developed this bad habit and he takes to long to pick his target 15 to 20m away. This slows down momentum. he has sublime skills so i cant put my finger on what his problem is. Is it because he wants to take the safe risk and pass the buck to ensure he is not responsible for a turnover?

Hmm Hawks for Treloar? Treloar, O’Meara and Mitchell. Dangerous if all fit and firing. Worpel hasnt had much luck either. The key word is if....

Same as bombers though. No KP talent therefore will never win a premiership. Most teams seem just happy for Richmond to keep winning (except geelong) and will just top up and top up and think that’s enough. Hawks need to **** off out if it for 4-5 years to build a decent side.

Bombers are on another level and are cooked. KP stocks like you said are terrible. Hawks not that much better as you’ve said. Desperate attempt to change Corr’s mind at the last minute shows they have no plan for KP additions. Both need a rebuild but won’t accept it.

Hes over thinking moving it forward. Weighing up options and trying to choose the best path forward. The first links in the chain are important. But hes best suited to being the last link in the chain. With Harry and Charlie leading at him, yelling for it its an easier and faster decision. And as you say, his skills are sublime. Forget this 15 metre kicking argument. If Harry is calling for a 30-40 metre kick on his lead then thats what SPS will honour. And it'll land on his sternum so god damn often that Harry will have "CFC" branded on his chest until he retires.

He wont miss forward 50 targets, and Harry and Charlie are good enough to be beat their opponents. Sammo gets confidence because hes getting score/goal assists. Harry and Charlie are happy because theyre getting silver service. We're happy because we're winning.

That’s what I was implying 😂

All average kicks. Treloar is basically a rich man’s O’Meara, but the trade does have Hawthorn all over it.

The problem is they inadvertently push out players onto the wing or a flank when adding more centre square players, and everyone of Mitchell, JOM, Treloar and Worpel are pure on ballers with no second position.

And thats fine, but all you ever seem yo want to post about is trading them. Even if we were to trade them we wouldnt get a decent return and its been posted before by an ITK that we arent interested in the draft as internally we dont rate it.

So what do you want to do? Trading them for picks is out. Theyre not at a point where they would help getting a starting 18 player by trade. And if they go we would have to replace them with kids from a draft we dont rate.

FFS. We know. You dont like them. You want to trade them. You have your reasons. Do we have to have a song and dance every day?
1. Dont swear at me.
2. If you dont like the content of what I write on an open football forum, dont read it. As has been suggested multiple times now.

Hope you are on the money. I was really disappointed with some of his efforts this year. I have no doubt he can hit forwards lace out but he needs to make his decision quickly and fire.

This year there were to many times he would get the kick from the full back line and procrastinate to the point where the opposition would man up and zone off resulting in a short pass. I cant remember on how many occasions the umpires called it no 15 play on. Its not all SPS's fault there were many occasions where our run and spread also let him down. This should improve with some of the new toys we are acquiring.

Jed Anderson is a good call. Also uncontracted. Haven't heard much about his intentions going into 2021.

Needs a haircut............

Hes a visceral player, not a cerebral one. Get him playing on instinct and then we'll see his authentic game.
