So I think I'll be a little more circumspect and wait until about a years time.

There's something unsavoury about Ross Lyon in my opinion. Can't quite put my finger on it. I feel like Voss will be a more transparent person. Whether he is as effective remains to be seen.

Can you respond to anyone without labelling them in a pejorative way? Everyone is a hypocrite or is arrogant or you want to paint them as some buffoon by deliberately misspelling words (work on your own before you do that btw).

Whoever Harks is, you're totally barking up the wrong tree there. I would have no idea who is who apart from what I've read since joining and reading periodically before that. I'm not surprised if you've had issues with Harks before if they've called you out on the way you speak to others.

I'm happy to move on, but I think it's really unnecessary behaviour that yourself, Thy, Metalcrusher and co were carrying on with. It's fine to have a right of reply, but why name call and belittle constantly? That's what is sad.

As an aside Harker would have posted in the music thread in The Blue Room by now if he was back . He got good taste .

Zac Williams injury interrupted season, Martin as well, Pittonet/DeKoning meaning we had to play SOS in the ruck, McGovern.

Have my reservations about Vossy as a coach, but it's official so time to get around him and support the club.
Getting great assistants will ease my concerns, but loved him as a player and know that his hard-arse nature will rub off on the players.

Hawks could make a play but they are a fair bit further behind us I don't think he will go there, north still need a couple years at the draft, Melbourne have nothing to trade, he's coming back to Victoria so that rules out a lot. Pies don't have the cash, bulldogs are stacked Essendon need KPP, he's too young to go to Geelong and he'd be too worried that Hardwick will shag his young Mrs lol

The more I think about this, I just keep coming back to the overall leadership of Carlton, and how we are in a stronger position than we have been in a long time. When names like Parkin, Williams and Cook are endorsing Voss, this is a great sign, and I ultimately trust them. Voss is not the guy I would have originally thought, and it is taking me a bit to warm up to the idea, but I did love hearing today about the change in culture at the club and I thought Voss talked like a real leader. I hope and believe that the leadership of the club will support him and I think Voss would feel comfortable in knowing Williams and Cook are around the place to give him that support. Hopefully we can get some good assistants into the club now to build a strong coaching group. Go Blues!!
