At 43 and what looks to be about 130kgs, I reckon he’s just about hit itLance of the big red variety
Guy looks like a coronary event waiting to happen. At 43 and what looks to be about 130kgs, I reckon he’s just about hit it
Poor bloke hasn’t exactly aged well.Guy looks like a coronary event waiting to happen.
Was a negative cultural influence at GWS, I have heard..I’d prefer Stevie. Out of the Carlton loop but skilled and tough as. Just a thought.

Was just about to post this. Always thought he’d make a great coach. Would love to add him to our teamStevie J leaving GWS for Victoria according to AFL website. Could be a good pickup that would help the development of our small/medium sized forwards...
You’ve got cameras set up in your bedroom? What’s crazy is about the time you wrote this I was fast asleep (Wednesday night here in the states) and in my dream I was watching the news that said that Bont had decided to walk out of the Bulldogs and everyone was wondering why and I then logged into here and saw people saying they had insider info that he was seriously coming to the Blues and I couldn’t believe it
Of course it’s never going to happen but crazy that your jokes are entering my dreams
p.s. I checked the cameras to confirm I didn’t wake up in the middle of the night and log in to here and see this Bont message and go back to sleep and then dream about it
Love Stevie J
But as someone above mentioned...
2 unrenewed contracts at 2 clubs..1st swans and now GWS.
Not sure but instinct says,
Hmmmmm...why would that be when such an obvious and brilliant talent?
Due diligence for sure, but also it seems Eddie is coming back to be a forward line coach.
Maybe Stevie could come and give a 'special guest' goal workshop for the boys.

AcresWhat are we expecting as compo for Jones?
only
love how we talk about 6 foot 3 as only...
point taken though.
this would be a fantastic result.Acres
Looks like both clubs decided to let him go..Not renewed, or moving on the greener pasture$? GWS he transitioned from player to coach.
I'm expecting the Hendo pick to come back to us.What are we expecting as compo for Jones?
They are happy to let some fringe players go as they will be under salary cap pressure in the coming years with Brayshaw, Serong, Darcy, Chapman and co on big contracts plus Jackson coming in on big bucks.I wonder what's going on with the exodus. Is Freo the new Adelaide?
What are we expecting as compo for Jones?
What are we expecting as compo for Jones?
The club has been adamant we are going to the draft so we can't give up 28 for Acres. He has been lowballed by Freo with a contract barely above minimum. They are happy for him to leave so can't expect much in the way of compo - i expect the Jones compo, our third or at worst a future pickCant see it being much, I reckon a pick above 50. Hopefully we can nab Acres without using 28.
It should be solid. We were forced to delist him over the AFL COVID policy. A player in our Best 22 and required. Not like we just cut sway with a borderline player. League should compensate us fairly. What are we expecting as compo for Jones?
Spot on, agree with you totally. A pick after our 2 is fair& proper compensation. It should be solid. We were forced to delist him over the AFL COVID policy. A player in our Best 22 and required. Not like we just cut sway with a borderline player. League should compensate us fairly.
I think Pick 29 is fair myself.
High draft pick. Hasn't come down at all.Talls definitely take longer.
Wayne Carey is 51 and he's still peaking...
