Disappointed with a scoreless draw. 3 pts would have been nice but it was a scrappy game and a draw was a fair result.

Positives:
Matthew Kilgallon - Woodgate MkII was, IMO, MOM in his first start in the EPL.
Clean Sheet. Only our 3rd for the season.

Negatives:

2pts lost
Injury to Dom Matteo

3 pts against Wolves is imperative.

The Massives must be getting nervous. Just 3 points ahead of the relegation zone. Did anyone see the game and were there any nervous twitches from Keegan?

So Everton lose narrowly but certainly we didn't seem to be disgraced.

Huh? Forget the late goal that brought it back to 3-2. Everton were disgraced by a United team that didn't have Scholes, Giggs, RVN, and Keane in the starting line up.

15 wins out of the last 17 for United against Everton. What do we have to do to give Everton a chance? Send out our youth team?

Ahh well... there's the game at Goodison Park to come up and hopefully we'll be better in that. :D

Cheers and enjoy the festive season!

While I try to dig up some nice memories of course! ;)

Take an extra shovel when digging. You'll need it. Here are the last 17 premiership results; United wins in red, draws in black, Everton wins in blue.

3-2, 2-1, 3-0, 2-0, 4-1, 1-0, 3-1, 5-1, 1-1, 3-1, 4-1, 2-0, 2-0, 2-0, 2-2, 2-0, 3-2

Can't complain with a 0-0 draw although 3 pts would have been nice. However as already mentioned the Killa has landed ;), in all seriousness it was a solid debut but he's got a long way to go and a lot to learn before I start proclaiming him as the messiah. Get Richardson and Lennon on the pitch and we'll have 7 Yorkshiremen playing, ahh what dreams are made of.

United reserves were average.

Everton's best XI were even worse, and if the reserves took more of their chances you would've been humiliated.

Rooney must love being played out of position all the time. As for United signing him, no thanks. He's got some issues it seems.

Shinners you forgot Phil Neville who's been a regular fixture this season was also absent. Not to mention the worrying injury to Silvestre, haven't read any reports but one can hope it isn't too serious. Because if it is you guys are in serous bother, No Rio, No Silvestre, No Premiership???

Everton weren't too flashy last night, with the first I must say a quite sublime header from Gary Neville the finish would have made RVN proud. Gary Neville made up for it though with a wicked left foot delivery to Kleberson.

I thought young Ronaldo played one of his better games for Man United last night. His crossing in the first 45 left alot to be desired, but alot of that can be attributed to the slippery conditions. Then in the second half I think he sent the Everton right back crazy, who had to resort to blatant late tackles to stop C. Ronaldo. Then Mr. Rooney decided to get a piece of the action. An absolutely horrendous challenge the kind that can end careers and the boy rightly got his just deserts from the United faithful. It was actually one of the funnier things I've seen on a soccer field he really copped it sweet. The kid better clean up his act fast before he goes off and gets a bad reputation in his teenage years which can be impossible to shake off. Very promising game from Ronaldo though just outlining his massive potential and how dangerous he can be when in the box.

Forlan didn't get great service so you can't be too critical but it wasn't one of his better games and he definitely can't play the Van Nistelrooy role with any effectiveness.

I see Man Yoo have a trip to Boro on Sunday. If memory serves me correct they got beaten there quite convincingly last season. So I gather Fergie will be taking this quite seriously and be taking his best possible line up to the Riverside to tackle his former Protege.

Yeah, I'm a bit wary of Boro.

They've been our bogey team since McLaren took over.
