Hmm will be playing 1 down this week then with Myers and Wonna included in that.
6 Bulldogs
The most I have in my team is 3 Hawkers (Ellis, Mitchell, Rioli) and I'm looking to trade Ellis out next week!
Yeah seems very biased as I am a Bulldogs fan but overall they (Cross, Cooney, Akermanis, R. Murphy, Griffen and Gilbee) have seemed me well.
I don't really factor in having too many players from the same side, see it as a bit of a myth. We struggled late last year, injury/lack of a pre-season hampered efforts of all my 6 and I thought they were undervalued/fairly priced.
Add Hurn to that and you've got my backline!

Keep Cornes and Symes, dump two out of the other three.
Hurn and maybe Pfieffer.
Do the old downgrade upgrade option
Pfieffer -> Myers or Proud or Ibbo
Hurn or Thornton -> Goddard, P . Burgoyne, Milburn, Fisher....

Yeah there are always people worse off out there. Symes, Cornes, Pfieffer, Hurn and Thornton. How many 0's does that mean?
For me i downgraded Thornton and then upgraged Hill to Pav in my forward line. I will be playing 1 down this week but that's the price you pay. I then hope to offload a mid next week and upgrade NJ Brown to Milburn who should drop again slightly. I have Myers and Brown playing this week as well as playing a man down, so in effect i'm really 3 down this week since Brown's contribution is small and Myers is unknown.

No he wasn't - he was on track to play this week, but aggravated the ankle at training (unless your source in a seer, in which case I apologize in advance).
Forces me to trade Bowden now - I'm not going in two men down.
I'm left with 2 0's down back. My 1 and only saving grace is having Proud on the bench. Bailed Thornton and Hurn- in come Osbourne and Roughead.... In a round or 2 my backline will be pretty sweet (was pretty sweet before this injury bs
) but in the meantime I am going to suffer.What can you do eh?

Im sure the Crows knew he would be out earlier in the week, they probably gave him until Thursday to show he can play. Good to give him a rest with next week off as well, means he will be fully fit for the next AFL game.
Oh and add Dustin Fletcher to the injured backline players this round.

I traded Ellis instead of Pfeiffer this week cos i thought i'd fill the hole with proud then trade off pfeiffer next week. That's kinda buggered that up. Only had to wait 1 hour.

Article on the Adelaide website says he failed a test so he must have been close to playing. With the break next week you'd have to think he'll be right for round 8. Annoying tho, he was just starting to rack up some decent scores.
