Gibbs wanting out at Carlton

Young star Bryce Gibbs, of Carlton, has had a fall out and has expressed his desire to move clubs. Bryce is willing to move to any club but his preference is to end up in his home state of South Australia. It is believed Brett Ratten is looking for a top 10 pick or a late 1st rd pick packaged with an early to mid 2nd round pick. It is also rumoured that Gibbs could be a key in Ryan O'Keefe's return to Victoria.
 
News out of Sydney
Rumours out of Sydney that three Premiership Players may be on the way out come trade week. Stat Machine denies that O'Keefe is one of the three. "O'Keefe has been a brilliant player to us, and we will do all we can to keep him on our list. If all else fails, however, we will be looking at the best available team from one of the Victorian clubs O'Keefe has nominated."

West Coast to welcome Carlton young gun

There has been a strong indication from coach John Worsfold that the West Coast Eagles will be welcoming a young West-Australian at the club. Worsfold was quoted after last nights training session, "Yes its true, we're having discussions with Carlton at the moment involving a home-sick individual.

Possible identities include Steven Browne and Paul Bower.

2008 AFL Rising Star nominee Jarryd Morton is reportedly homesick and he wishes to be traded back to Western Australia. In return the Hawks say that they would like 'a 2nd rounder'.

Blues keen on Goddard

Rumour has it the blues are keen on 23-year old defender Brendon Goddard. It is believed the blues are willing to trade young and experienced midfielders to get the deal over the line. One candidate to be involved in the trade is former number one draft pick Bryce Gibbs, who recently flagged his intentions to move clubs. It is believed that negotiations haven't started as of yet.
 
Stars want out at Fremantle
David Mundy, Des Headland and Chris Tarrant have all reportedly asked for trades. Their preferred location is Victoria, but Fremantle will deal with any club.

Meanwhile, young forwards Ryan Murphy and Adam Campbell have also been put on the trade table.

There are whispers behind the scenes that the Sydneysiders are in for a massive turn over come trade week, with coach Stat Machine keeping his eye on rebuilding for the fututre and aiming for a number of draft picks, as well as players who will be able to help in a push for a stint at the flag in the next few years.

"A number of our players have hit a plateu in terms of performance," Stat Machine said, "We feel that they will be able to thrive in different environments, and we wish them all the best at whatever new club they find themselves at. They've all performed admirably for the club and provided us with numerous golden moments, but their time has come."

Adding fuel to the rumour, a fourth premiership player has been linked to a Victorian club that has tasted recent success.

Rumor that Kerr wants to go to the Gold Coast in the following years. It's belived that he does not want to return to any victorian club and looking for a fresh start at GC17.

Hawks reveal!
Hawthorn coach Perth Swans has announced that a few trades have been negotiated and that they will be confirmed once trading officially begins. Daniel Pratt has already been a rumour but now Swan Amon Buchanan is also rumoured to join the club.
