Hi guys, if the afl appeal, what is the cut off time that they have to make there desicion?
There's no way they appeal. Ihle ripped them to shreds last night. It was a 2nd round KO.

Oh im out of jail!

How good for Maynard! Made my week.

Common sense prevails.

The afl needs to start revising their reporting system. It is weighted far to heavily on outcomes rather than actions

An accident that results in concussion is more heavily weighted than a blatant illegal punch/elbow that doesn’t. This is a huge issue

Hamish 1 game Brayshaw still gobbing off , this guy is so gross to listen to
What's he on today? Sunrise? Or one of those other god awful morning shows? No doubt he'll be appearing on 60 minutes this week. Someone needs to advise him to shut his trap. He's not helping anyone. Heard him say before the decision was handed down, that he didn't want Collingwood to appeal, appeal, appeal as it would be so distressing for the family. And now he won't shut the fk up. 🙄

Oh sorry , my mistake theyve posted an article and made it seem like he made some comments after. My mistake!! Was an article on SEN

After a marathon hearing on Tuesday night, the Magpies co vice-captain has been cleared of rough conduct and will play in his side’s Preliminary Final next week.

Prior to the verdict, the brother of Brayshaw was asked on SEN’s Sportsday if he would be disappointed if Maynard was found not guilty and if the AFL did not appeal the decision thereafter.

“I probably would be,” he began.

“I think if it went not guilty and no one appealed it from there it would be, I think, a little bit of an injustice.

I feel sorry for Angus out of all this. All these ex players and family members crapping on and on aren't gaining him any sympathy. I dont recall this amount of pants pissing in the media when Gaff knocked Andrew out and that was far more crude

What did he say interested in this. Has most players wouldn’t lean to either side after kicking running in straight line?
He disputed that right/left footers lean a certain way after kicking, and the evidence was that Brayshaw didn't lean the way you'd expect.

Hodgey couldn't believe that wasn't disputed as he said there's lots of examples of players who do the opposite of what was claimed. Buddy Franklin was one example he used.

He did speak on Healy & Cornes show last night after the verdict came in saying he hoped the AFL would appeal. Which contradicts him asking Pies not to if the decision didn't clear Maynard, as it would be so stressful for the family.

Apparently it's fine for AFL to drag it out and not accept the decision, but not if it was Collingwood 🙄

What a manchild.
How do these morons justify Cripps getting off?

I think Blues have had quite a few players cleared this year, at least 1-2 for dangerous tackles that others have been suspended for. Martin had his charge downgraded.

They should be happy Brayshaw's not playing and thanking Maynard, even though it was an accident.

I wanted them to take it to the supreme court if the footy appeals failed. Any person who says he deserved suspension has a line through their name forever in my view. It's so clearly exposing a deep seated hatred of Collingwood rather than a balanced, well thought out opinion.

I think the club would have too.

Now Shaun Smith is calling Maynard “thug” and the verdict “disgusting”

I’m getting tired of the constant digs on either the player or the club and it’s becoming fast distasteful and disrespectful.

Time people like Smith, Schofield and H. Brayshaw etc started pulling what’s left of their heads in.
