Re: Breaking News: Cuz back in the Sh!t

Apparently there were multiple camera crews on hand to witness the event. They either rocked up in a hurry or were tipped off. If tipped off, means it was a bust of some sort.

Re: 2nd Eagle arrested!

Yeah it's true. Heard it on 6pr. They were interviewing a channel 9 reporter who saw Ben Cousins get arrested. He was hand cuffed and led into the police station. Appears another Eagle was arrested in a different location. Not normal traffic cops either. They were the special gang police.

Pulled over in Northbridge, car siezed. Chick with him in car, shirtless and another man suspected to be an eagles player also arrested.

Chick is the other player (age)

Troubled West Coast Eagles star Ben Cousins has been arrested after police searched his car in Perth today, witnesses said.

Nine Network reporter Grant Taylor told Southern Cross radio he saw Cousins being handcuffed and put in a police car in Aberdeen Street at East Perth.

He said a second West Coast player was also being interviewed.

Cousins was shirtless and grinning as he was led away, Taylor said. ABC Radio said the footballer was being interviewed at East Perth police station.

The AFL club said earlier they knew nothing of the incident.

"I'm not sure if he's even in the country, he's on leave," the spokesman said.

The Age has received reports that Daniel Chick was arrested with Cousins.

Police said they were waiting to be briefed about the reports.

"I can't confirm anything at this point, we're still waiting for a briefing note on anything relating to Ben Cousins, and we haven't received anything at this point," a West Australian Police spokesman told The Age.

He was pulled over less then 200M from the CIB office and the Childrens court so Camera Crews are generally in the area. And since it was a construction site next to where he was pulled over it wouldn't take long for the word to get around
