Apparently the reason he wasnt wearing a shirt was because when the Organised Crime Squad pulled him over he was found wearing a Pt Adelaide gurnsey, so they allowed him to quickly take it off before they cuffed him, so as not to bring any further disgrace to him and his family.
Prohibited drug covers a broad spectrum including illiegal drugs and illicit drugs (ice, heroin etc)

Depends on how much stuff they found. Also not his first run in with the police, i think its easily his 3rd or 4th so they will take into account that its not his first brush with the law.

His biggest punishment will easily be the loss of a 800K a year job, plus endorsements. He will probably get fined and have his license taken away for 12 months. What will he do after football?
Know someone very close who has been in exactly the same position,
if he pleads guilty on the possession,
they will probably drop the blood test charge,
Still reckon it will be treated as a misdemeanour without conviction.
If he gets a conviction on the possession,
he can kiss a US visa goodbye.

Thats the problem with him isnt it, he has got some pretty dodgy and well known mates. They will give him a job but it wont be clean. I heard he wanted to live in the United States after AFL, that wont happen if he gets charged with drug offenses.

Yeah Yeah broad spectrum of drugs , but if it is ecstasy then the finger gets well and truely placed on Cousins chest for putting the ecstasy into Mainwaring's hand prior to his demise. ( Not that it isn't already)

FFS, if I'd been driving around at 11:30 in the morning in the nightclub vicinity with a big dose of Viagra in the car - I too would expect to be pulled up by four plain clothesed detectives and spend two hours in the back of my car and be videoed, have garbage bags of stuff taken away for evidence, be stuck in the lock up for most of the day, be charged and refuse a blood test! Cause it's just the stiffy drug dude!

Problem is, if he has a drugs conviction, he won't get a visa to any other country.
Your a bit eager to blame cousins for mainys passing. You nor I truly know, so i wouldnt judge or throw opinions around so haphazardly.
