If he ends up with a drug conviction he can't go to the US
I thought that was the case ie any criminal conviction precludes entry into the US until Brad Jones (The Colossus of Bogga Road) a convicted armed bank robber got a gig with the WWE and roles in a few movies (Troy) so obviously there is a way .

he can get f***ed for all i care....i dont care where he goes, just as long as the WCE piss him off for good because this is getting embarrassing.

What a dope, blowing away 800K+ contract. It would be fascinating to know why high profile people turn their lives into shit because you hear of it more and more these days. Could be pressure, weakness, any number of things. And Daniel Chick, you absolute moron just disappear. And we all know Cuzz didn't bring food around the day Mainy overdosed.

If he has a drink-driving conviction he can't go to the US.

Inadmissabilty into the united states on the basis of a criminal conviction.
In the event of an arrest/conviction for a criminal activity, an alien travelling to the U S is required to apply for a visa to enter the United States. The pertinent US consulate visa officer will then decide whether the applicant may be granted the visa despite the criminal conviction.

The visa officer would take certain pertinent factors into consideration such as the egregiousness of the crime, the severity of the given penalty, other criminal activity and how much time has elapsed between the time the offence was committed and the visa application.
The emphasis is naturally on persuading the interviewing officer that the applicant is an upstanding member of society who would not engage in further criminal activity within the United States and generally would not contravene the conditions relevant to the particular visa being applied for.

All well and good, but I suspect that if the reason for granting a visa was solely for the puprose of drug rehabilitation, it would be cleared pretty quick. Ensure he is taken from the airport directly to the rehab facility, and from the rehab facility back to the airport. Unlikely to engage in further criminal activity when confined in a rehab facility.

You do realise we have rehab centres here don't you? If the ones in yank land were so good, then how come so many dropkicks like Lohan, Spears, etc., etc., keep getting into trouble? Those places are just expensive holiday resorts, where they can hide away from the media for awhile, then soon as they leave, they're back to their old ways.

Although he got alot of publicity and support for coming back, I really do think that if they find him guilty, he should be banned from the AFL. So much for being a good role model and all. If he can't get off the drugs, then it's not good for the game, its future, and himself.

Nah.. never ;)

Fair enough.

Yep, I realise that. I'm not advocating he goes to the US for rehab, just pointing out that he probably wouldn't have too much of an issue getting in if he/his family/WCE/whoever determined it was the best place for him to be. Just saying a *possible* criminal conviction does not necessarily preclude him from entering the US.

It's why he should plead guilty to the misdemeamour possession charge
and go for a bond, that means no conviction.

If he gets convicted,
no matter if it is only a fine,
he will be considered a flight risk and won't be allowed into the US.

Calm down, calm down, nothing serious. I have the inside scoop.

While in the US, Cuz hooked up with the the some porno producers and is shooting scenes for the bangbus and teen hitchhikers, hence the scantily clad woman.

*don't pretend you don't know the sites I speak of*

I have never heard of these high-quality and inexpensive erotica merchants of which you speak.

Yeah its too long for me as well mate!

I haven't let it go UN noticed that even though every other media outlet has named DANIEL CHICK with BABY OIL BEN in the car the stupid West Australian Newspaper website refuses to add his name in.

They may edit this story later, but ALL the other media outlets (mainly national ones like the ABC) got it right. Here is the link to the Worst
http://www.thewest.com.au/default.aspx?MenuID=77&ContentID=43710

and what the article says here:

"We also understand that police are also questioning another man, there's a rumour that that other man could be a current member of the West Coast Eagles," Taylor told Southern Cross Broadcasting.

The ABC mentioned him though

Rupert Murdoch, please start another newspaper in Perth?
