I didn't think he got near it. Really don't want this series to go down the same path as most, the opposition's best batsmen are consistently dismissed by Lee when they aren't out. Strauss, Lara and Tendulkar spring to mind as people who have fallen under this curse.

I just don't think he's that much of a w***er. Sure Mcgill is, and so is Lleyton Hewitt..but Brett Lee? Just does what every other fast bowler in the world does. Even the gentleman McGrath used to look like a bit of a dick when bowling bounces ect.

I don't think he is Sri Lanka's best batsman though, and certainly should never be muttered in the same breath as Lara or Tendulkar.

I'm pretty sure Jayawardene is a better test batsman than Jayasuriya.

Would also rate Atapattu a better batsman over the longer form as well, but that one is just my opinion.
