settle cats wont lose a game again for the rest of the seasonI think it may be more serious than just Tenace.
My question is: Will Geelong's arrogance in leaving most of their side out cost them later in the year?
It is obvious that a number of players are being 'rested' for minor injuries, but even those that are out there (Selwood, Bartel) look half-hearted. IMHO, you can't pick and choose when you will have a crack and when you won't.
I think that Geelong is treading on very thin ice thinking that they can flirt with winning confidence and form as they are at the moment.

it was explicitly denied by the coaching staff pre-game.
We had players going into last week under injury clouds, and if we were going to rest players why would we wait until Saturday afternoon to announce we were doing so? Why is it so totally unacceptable to think that we've had one freak week where injuries have been bad?Yeah because Geelong is ALWAYS so accurate and truthful when it comes to injuries . If we lose 7 players from one physical game we may as well stop playing now cause comes finals they'll all be physical.
St Kilda supporter in disguise?
If you don't believe the players were unable to play then that's fine, that's your choice. But don't talk about that theory as fact. You don't know, and the fact that you're questioning your own clubs integrity and sincerity is worrying.
On the umpires: They're letting the crowd officiate a bit. Some baffling decisions.
I've never seen you on here before, Mr. Riddler. I've suspect I was a Geelong member before you were an itch in your daddy's pants.
I can question my clubs integrity if I chose to (I am related to the vice-president, by the way, so I may have additional information to you. Not that gives me more or less right to post what I think on an internet forum). I also chose not to blame the umpires - in interstate games, the home side always gets the rub of the green, get used to it.
its not yet time to panic but ....
Whose bright idea was it to play him on Jonathan Brown?Lonergan sure is a shit defender. not that any of the defense has looked flash today but geez he can't do anything but hang onto jumpers because he's always in the wrong position.
abso-f***ing-lutely!!!!Sure?
Tenace made one bad mistake kicking across goals. The others though are terrible. I think they'd struggle to get a kick in the VFL at the moment. If we have to rely on many of these guys to play a hand come finals I think we may as well kiss 2009 goodbye.
