I think the Broncos will win by 8 with their forwards standing up and their backs dominating. The Broncos have the best backline in the country and it should be an entertaining game as Melbourne also have good backs as long as they use them.

Are you sure Hunt is out, what is wrong with him. Hodges looks likely to return though.

According to Fox Sports Nick Kenny is out with a hamstring also
 
Hunt played last week..he is fine.

The Brisbane changes are:

Hodges in, Jamal Yeo Yau out, Folau to the wing.

Nick Kenny is out (if it was a grand final he would have played, more precuation more than anything), Josh MacGuire comes in.

Gerard Beale is the 18th man tonight for Brisbane.

Melbourne are 1-17, Inglis trained last night.
 
I went Storm since they have good record against the Broncos.
Even when they are all but beaten they can pull it out of the bag. I still get a laugh when I see that last minute try in the finals. You would think the Broncos lost the grand final they way they reacted to it.

Great Start to the match.
Slater try, Issy a try that will be on the highlight reels (he could be an AFL star, seriously), and Quinn questionably put on report for knocking out Thaiday.

P.S. I am still burning up that Issy went back home to Brissy.
 
the broncos have a formidable looking team up there at suncorp

adding israel folau to a team that already has the massive thaiday on it can you really ask for anything else?
 
Broncos 16-14 Storm.
That was a brilliant match, you can see that both the Broncs and Storm will both do very well this year, that game was action packed!
Hunt and Wallace were brilliant for the broncos.

Speaking of that try. You know where i can get a vid of it? :D That, and the last minute winner against the Bulldogs a few seasons back (I think it was Hoffman who scored it)

Yeah it was bad. But it goes back to one of the first things you learn in juniors. Don't stop until you hear the whistle, you can never assume what the ref or umpy will do. The Storm players, (and some Broncos) pulled up expecting the whistle, Wallace did not.

true, should never have got close to tryline
 
I'd even say they (maybe 1 or two players) let him get through deliberately being so sure that the Video Ref was going to come into play.
