If it was the same as the Sportingbet one (which I think it was), then it was Johnson on 35.5, Hannebery 2nd on 31.5 - both got a 10.5 start.

First crack at doing it, it was a worthwhile exercise. Just shows how being a little bit off can make a huge difference.

Hindsight is wonderful but I regretted not collecting as it appears many punters did. I think if I did learn anything it would be to probably bet the same amount, but maybe spread the love around and have a few bets instead of just the one.

I did consider (as most did) the quinella but regretfully didnt punt on it.

I got burnt one year with ties (dead heats)/upsets and vowed to never go big on the Charlie.

i think its green envy more than anything.

I did see a trend this year, where losing teams did get the 3 and 2 votes, which was a curve ball for me at least.

I picked Fyfe >>> Danger and choked.

It is something I will think about next year, but definitely something I wont concern myself with till after the final round.
