Well that's one novel way to potentially attempt to influence the judiciary. (if that is the intent)
Go live with someone that was/is highly connected to the judiciary.

'Bruce Lehrmann staying with widow of late Supreme Court judge'

'April 14, 2024 - 2:33PM

It sounds absurd, but Bruce Lehrmann has been holed up in the home of a late Supreme Court judge for four days.

With Justice Michael Lee to deliver his judgment on Monday in the defamation case Lehrmann brought against Network Ten and Lisa Wilkinson, Sunday Confidential can reveal the former Liberal staffer has been staying at the judge’s home, now occupied by his widow.

And the woman is, according to those camping out at the property, “appalled by the treatment of Bruce in the media”.

According to sources, this isn’t the first time Lehrmann has been a guest at the eastern suburbs home, and he has “met with her on many occasions”.

“Bruce has been here for a couple of nights,” they said on Saturday. “His car is here, as is his belongings and also his dog. He has been here for the last 72 hours.”

Here’s what our reporter Kate Lyons is seeing in court:

A man who, were I a betting woman, I would wager is from the court’s IT team, has entered the courtroom and is now having a tinker with the one of the computers here. He’s on the phone, pressing some buttons on the offending computer as he presumably is trying to sort out the court’s technical issues. The judge’s associates have been in and out of the room. The lawyers all look very relaxed, and are chatting amongst themselves as we wait for the judge to come back in.
