As I am so often reminded by the Dawk posters , they have the youngest, toughest, most skilled group of players running around, yet today they had their pants pulled down.
Can't blame the umpires, no cheap shots, just a plain good old arse kicking from a struggling team of hacks.
Will they learn and improve from this loss?
Or are we waiting another 17 years?
No malice intended. Just a warm glow of smugness.

the ump's were ordinary but we lost the game they did not help us lose the game that is true we can not blame them !

Hodge was fine morton was fine so was mitchell and a few others can not take that away from our good ones but yes we lost to the better team this week i think we were very sore after that interstate win but that is my thoughts on it .

some one said you guys made us play a way we hadn't played like in the last few years i think they said deep ? i could be wrong on that

Hmm, wonder if the Hawks will make it to the finals.

They have some very tough opponents coming up. Sydney could beat them if they put in the effort. Geelong will most likely win, unless we should happen to lose critical peeps like Chappy or Ablett. Collingwood has a chance of beating the Dawks, it may be less likely, but it's still there.

And there could be a few upset match winners in there. Like Brisbane or perhaps Richmond.

Yep, you came good at the right time of the season and we didn't and Geelong most certainly didn't.
