Nick Daicos is only 20 so that's potentially ten flags I'm a rowA lot of players are on the wrong side of thirty. There's no premiership dynasty in that Collingwood team imo.

Pendlebury
Howe
Sidebottom
Mitchell
Hoskin-Elliott
Adams
Crisp
For reference with the retirement of Ed Curnow, Carlton have 1, Nic Newman
If they do , will you STFU ?...and haven't played in a GF this century
Catch us if you can in 2024.A lot of players are on the wrong side of thirty. There's no premiership dynasty in that Collingwood team imo.
0% us magpies are noisy birds. If they do , will you STFU ?
We don't have to do the catching as such. You've managed to pull yourself level with us on flags won.Catch us if you can in 2024.
Or will it be 22 of the past 23 years that Collingwood finish ahead of Carlton?
CCurnow3votes - where are you?
Ah, Carlton do need to catch Collingwood as they have just established themselves as the best team in the competition, whilst Carlton are somewhere well below. We don't have to do the catching as such. You've managed to pull yourself level with us on flags won.
It will be interesting to see how you get on when the old guard retire. A few veterans and a few recruits under the father/son rule, dragged you to that flag win imo.
If a team with Billy Frampton in it can win a flag, then there's hope for all of us!
Ok , I'm curious with this thought process.Hawthorn have been the #1 team in the competition in my lifetime, whilst not having any long term periods of mediocrity.
You haven't been the outright number one team in flags won since 1980.Ah, Carlton do need to catch Collingwood as they have just established themselves as the best team in the competition, whilst Carlton are somewhere well below.
The flag count is irrelevant to me. Collingwood have always been the #1 team in the competition since the beginning of the league in 1897.
Hawthorn have been the #1 team in the competition in my lifetime, whilst not having any long term periods of mediocrity.
Do you reckon there are any Hawthorn supporters who are between 10 and 70 years old who are jealous of Collingwood, Carlton and Essendon because they have a few more flags than them? I don't.
Collingwood sit in the second tier with the likes of Geelong - regularly contending with no long term periods of mediocrity.Ok , I'm curious with this thought process.
Where does collingwood rank behind Hawthorn in your lifetime and reasons why ?
You haven't been the outright number one team in flags won since 1980.
A tired Carlton team only had lost by under three goals to a fresh Brisbane Lions team at the gabba.
If we were fresher and got a hold of them at the G then we would've beaten them imo.
I'd rate that Collingwood team to be the weakest flag winning team in years imo.
I'd seriously be shocked if you win another one.

I wouldn't think so, there's a Carlton flag coming within the next four years. Our list has a lot more potential for growth as such.'A tired Carlton team'.....
Hopefully one day we can refer to Carlton as 'the weakest flag winning team in years'. Then again, maybe we won't.
Fun fact: there is now a 29% probability that Carlton's current (28 year) premiership drought extends to 50 years.
Love your confidence.I wouldn't think so, there's a Carlton flag coming within the next four years. Our list has a lot more potential for growth as such.
How old are you exactly? Like , 21-30 ?Collingwood sit in the second tier with the likes of Geelong - regularly contending with no long term periods of mediocrity.

It comes from the fact that we have people, who actually know how to run a footy club in charge of the joint now.Love your confidence.
Not sure where it comes from though...
It's much better if the club came out and said their goal was bottom 4. Set expectations real low to avoid potential disappointment...Oh wow! Clubs make plans! You need to contact some sort of newsman and get this out there! People need to know!
If I said Carlton were less likely than likely to win a flag in the next four seasons, what would you think? It comes from the fact that we have people, who actually know how to run a footy club in charge of the joint now.
