Stupid question I know but to buy the tickets on Wednesday I log onto Ticketmaster ?? (I don't do this very often )

Set up an account will get you through a bit quicker as in not having to type in your details etc.

I just had a heart attack, heard tickets were on sale on SEN and thought I’d missed out before realising it was for Pies and Dees.

I’m a Carltionian Bay member, called the club today as I didn’t get an email. They said they are having problems with the AFL sending to Bigpond accounts, so if you haven’t receive an email, this is why.

They also said Carltonian membership guarantees you can buy a GF ticket if we make it.

Yes I know that but I assumed that they must have something integrated with the AFL when it comes to member account emails.

Yep and make sure they are all on separate connections. Wifi and 5g etc. If they are all under wifi it would count as 1 IP address trying to get in

AFL Members went on sale at midday & sold out within 1 hr

Club members should also be broken down to tiers. Lounge/Reserve members for the first 2 hours then open it up for all in the last 2

Yeah this is good advice for everyone - if you have phones, iPads etc with their own SIM cards use your mobile data connection instead of having them connected to your Wi-Fi where possible.

All my devices (laptop, iPhone & iPad) use the same Wi-Fi when I am at home.

Apparently this is pointless if all devices are on the same wifi as the site picks up your I.P.

If you are using multiple devices. Run one of your wifi and the others on data, as they then will be on separate IP connections, giving you 3 separate entries instead of 1.

I did this for Paramore tickets. Had partners iPad, PC and my phone running on 3 separate connections. My phone got in whilst the other 2 were in line for another 30-45 mins before they got access.

was quicker than this, got some AFL member tickets for Pies vs Dees for partner and her kids. On at 8 minutes past, all could get was level 4. tried my membership 10 minutes later (just to test) and couldnt even get a single. But can see the AFL member tickets selling out quick tomorrow as well.. its been a while

Pies do have a huge amount of AFL club support members... but I know many do switch their club preferences around to whomever is best performing to increase their chances of GF tickets.

Yea log in to your ticketek account prior to going into the queue for the tickets

i know i probably won't be able to be picky with seating, but does anyone have some advice - i'm coming over from adelaide with my girlfriend who has never been to the G or a footy game. Added an extra adult membership to mine to have two membership barcodes. Any recommendations on best bay/level to look out for? I have usually been plonked behind the goals in the cheersquad for H&A games when i come over, but thinking maybe a level 1 wing set back into the back rows or something. That way we're in the thick of it all
