I have the same attitude to *. I don't select any * players in my dream team. I'm loathe to watch * even when we play them. A blight on the comp.
The only time they exist to me is twice a year .
Great to see im not the only one who has the same attitude toward that stain on the competition hope more people treat them the same :thumbsu: .

Trigger for Thomas is 15 games apparently. King says they can't allow him to get to that.

Gee that was big news

was watching On The Couch last night and thought that was a disgrace comment to make.

you get picked on form and if some how Thomas is having a good year he gets picked. But to prevent a player in playing because you want to get rid of him is unbelievable.

Even more ridiculous on the back of Bob Murphy apparently being the 'spiritual leader' behind the premiership despite not playing after round 3. If Thomas does excel and play on it'll be on a massively reduced wage anyway.

I am not sure it's about form given our position. It's about developing our next great side. There will be senior players that won't get games during the year even if playing better than some of our kids. Priority is getting games into them. I believe he is fighting with Kerridge Smedts Graham Palmer White Lamb Armfield Wright for 1 to 3 spots in the side. The mature group of Murphy Simpson Gibbs Kruezer Rowe Curnow Docherty will play each week if fit. The rest will be kids. If Bolton believes Thomas is needed next year for whatever reason they will keep him. If they believe he can't he will be gone.

The debut On The Couch from that Mick Warner bloke was compulsive viewing.

Sat there looking incredibly smug the whole time whilst contributing actually zero by way of relevant news.

Yet another hack Herald Sun journalist who already thinks they are bigger than the game and will now (as is tradition) eagerly forge out a media profile, despite being entirely bereft of talent/insight.

This guy was on the selection committee:

King was only putting forward what many have said on BigFooty.com. It's harsh to say it publicly on tv but it is the truth. The only caveat is what he would be paid in final year. If it's not much and he has a good year the club may not mind. If he plays poorly in the first month he's probably finished.
