This is the type of season that ruins rookie QBs. Young got his work cut out to become a player in this league.

Only other comparison I can think of in just as worse of a spot that he is in with us not having our own first round pick next year and coming good is Jared Goff after the Rams traded up to pick 1 and he was horrible his rookie season.

Yeah but they had their picks the next year. Goff and the Rams didn't. That was the comparison.

Johnson isn't coming here. I'm beyond caring at this point. If it's a Tepper appointment it won't matter. Mr. Know it all chose the QB and hijacked the press conference at draft time to let everyone know he did. Haven't seen him hijacking any press conferences lately I wonder why.

Fitterer is horrible at drafting, basically the entire 2023 draft class is a wash out.

Mingo - horrible. I convinced myself he'd be good coz he played for us but should have gone with my original gut instinct when watching his tape. Looked like a 5th round pick who lacks any sort elite traits.

Pre draft:

Interview and visit list ...Mingo is interesting, hes a big boy, very good contested catch, looks like a lot like ex ole Miss AJ Brown. but I worry about the lack of separation.

Just had a look and Mingo ran a 4.46 at the combine, well ill be damned, thats more than decent speed, looks a hell of a lot slower than that on film for some reason. I was expecting 4.60ish

I guess as a later round pick, but he gives me a ton of N'Keal Harry vibes.

There is nothing in Mingo's college profile that indicates quality NFL WR. Seen some Panthers fans suggest he's DK Metcalf, don't make me laugh. Maybe he can be better than I think and by god I hope he is but I'm really struggling to get behind that pick

How can a regular schmo like me be so right about Mingo and yet guys paid to do this for a living cant see it.
