I did try to warn ya but noooooo, noooooo, no you wouldn't listen would ya...The warning signs were there from day one.
FWIW, now that Reich is gone, I think there is some hope for Young to show improvement next year, if they can get a half competent OLine together. And maybe add a decent WR or TE as well. Mind you nekkminitt Teppet probably goes out and trades for Alan Lazard and Julio Jones.

Reich is a bit of a scapegoat here also TBF. He wanted Stroud and the roster is a disgrace. The owner and GM clearly more to blame than him.
But yes, I didn't realise how outdated his offense is, it is predictably awful.

Reichy is way way way overrated and has been for years.
Very competent as a QB coach working for a talented HC like a Reid or a Pedersen, but at anything from assistant OC upwards (and certainly HC) just not up to it. Especially if the place he is coaching lacks talent at the core skills positions or OL.
Worst thing is taking on that extra responsibility seems to impair his ability to coach and develop the QB - which kind of means he brings nothing at all to the table except a focus on Sunday school and church after practice.
Also a really terrible evaluator of skill positions outside QB.
Tepper will be paying him for the next 3 years though, so I can't feel too sorry for poor old Franky.
So I was right about the outcome of the game. Just got the team/coach wrong.
Tennessee isn't in the clear though. Allthatpower and I are now death riding them so we can get Superman Mike Vrabel!

Was asked about the constant churn in the organization and then went off on a random spiel about how he brought a soccer team to Charlotte & there are so many events at the stadium now. Nothing to do with the question.
Asked about the instability in the organization... "in other aspects of my life, we have people for 20, 30 years that work for me. Nobody ever leaves me.

Wish someone asked him why is he so cheap, have you seen the Panthers injury list since he installed turf for grass so he could have all these events.
He can't stand it that people hate him and see right thru him, he's had people telling him he's the best his entire life up until now.. Such a pathetic ego maniac.

Yeah saw that. I wish most of the reporters there weren't there. Joe Person & Scott Fowler are the only guys who ask quality questions. Would be far better for fans if we were able to just let those two loose on Tepper.
