I like a really good mint slice & jelly slice - not much of a fan of jelly slices where you can pull each layer apart to eat on its own
My wife and I love jelly slice

She hasn’t done jam drops but she has nailed subway cookies. She did lemon slice the other week and that went down really well , her rocky road and fudge are awesome too.
I like anything lemon but I really go for jam - donuts, Swiss roll, Victoria sponge, raspberry jam and coconut slice 😋

I took the liberty of taking photos of biscuit and slice recipes (including the OG chocolate crackle recipe) over the summer. I reckon that I need to start baking.
Just saw the latest technology AI from the whatever technology show is on in yankland... you're watching a movie, someone serves a dish, you press a button on your remote, the AI gives you the recipe..

If we are pulling out the slices you can’t beat the basic caramel and chocolate slice that we made at school ❤️

What about passionfruit or a good lemon curd?

Not a fan of passionfruit

Don't mind lemon curd, but my fav is a 'lemon & lime curd’ that Beerenberg makes

It's really hard to find over here, so when I was in Adelaide last year I grabbed a few jars to bring home with me as it was cheaper than paying for postage

Far out Woolies you scum.

Sliced up some "fresh" strawberries to add onto of the trifle, 75% of them were rotten inside.

They dud the farmers then dud the consumers.

That’s bullshit hey. If they aren’t half dead they have zero taste anyway.

Yes, but mostly on toast. We used to have plum trees in Victoria and we’d make excellent jam from them.
Marmalade in sweet and sour pork is great
