I like anything lemon but I really go for jam - donuts, Swiss roll, Victoria sponge, raspberry jam and coconut sliceShe hasn’t done jam drops but she has nailed subway cookies. She did lemon slice the other week and that went down really well , her rocky road and fudge are awesome too.

Just saw the latest technology AI from the whatever technology show is on in yankland... you're watching a movie, someone serves a dish, you press a button on your remote, the AI gives you the recipe..I took the liberty of taking photos of biscuit and slice recipes (including the OG chocolate crackle recipe) over the summer. I reckon that I need to start baking.
