Your club must be so proud of you. If that's what gets you off, fine, just stay on the thread that suits your grubby reportoire - the BFL one. You'll be happy there, bagging the Bacchus Marsh and Sebastopol football clubs, who in case you didn't realise have won the same amount of BFL premierships as Darley. Ohio Fats, you dont have to distance yourself from me pal, it has been a good cover, haha. Im not Chieftont or Darley Rat but Julian Shanks has fallen for my bait and he has done this in the fashion that Mike Tyson did when baited by fighters when his career was over. Julian has been finshed for a long time and i have played on him and the league votes are there in print for everyone to see. He was a good player as a young bloke but then he got slow, didnt wanna chase and was too proud to swallow his ego and man up. That is why the Melton blokes say what they do- i should know, i work with one. I just think that they should have hired a local to coach, what about Billy stepping up from the under 18's job... You guys seemed to parade him in the local papers like he was the next Ron Barassi.???

What a sensationally enlightening post- great to hear from you Ryan. Pat yourself on the back mate, that post pretty much sums me up. Couldnt have written it better myself if i too, was a bullied child at school. The only chink in your armour are the descriptive words that you used like "mostly run from fights", "mostly wouldnt fill an egg cup"... I know those guys also but i can assure you- i am a big rooter and the tool is a licensed weapon- i actually need a firearms licence to carry the big boy

Yes you're probably just a big dick on legs. Thanks for replying - twice, I used the word 'mostly' because on rare occasions there are exceptions. However, I wouldn't give you the benefit of that doubt because you are a proven liar.

Funny stuff. Seeing you have so much time on your hands, why not spend a little more time down at Darley Park working on your goal kicking from very close range, so that if you ever get the chance to fulfill everybodies boyhood dream to kick the winning goal in a grand final, you don't stuff it up by missing the unmissable goal and single handedly gift the premiership to the opposition. That would be a nightmare.

Oh and sorry i don't have much to say on Darley or the like, but when i start to give a toss about them i'll be sure to try and impress with my superior insights and intellect on this forum.

you are on the wrong track and getting off the topic, this thread was opened to discuss the merits of shanksy's breath, and by the sounds of things the ballan boys will have their issues with that situation

i hear that there are upto 8 former melton players heading up the highway, might be the year of the blues

I hear Gordon are dishing out a fair bit of coin this year. Chasing a few Roosters reserves players...offering $500 a game Ive heard.

Romour has it the Darley reserves guys have been offered between $300 and $400 i guess that would make a roosters reserves player good value in gordons book.Its not what you spend its what you get for your dollar $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ I think a lot of clubs will go broke paying ordinary player Extraordinary amounts.

Yeah this is true but also Hepburn offered the same reserves players the same amounts of rediculous coin and they have all gone there.
There is 10 or so 2s players from Darley all getting $300- $500 a game not bad when only 1 has played regular senior footy all the rest have played 10 games between them in 3 years some of them have neva played a senior game. Money well spent!!!
Jarrod King is the only player that has played regular senior footy so they may get some ok games out of him.
 
Interesting to hear Andrew Button was in deep discussion with North City officials at training on Thursday night. Openly being introduced to players and officials apparently.
