helped fill DEI quota.

At the time I thought her appointment was underwhelming, my view hasn't changed. Been very meh.

I'm convinced there are better credentialed candidates out there who have achieved more.

I don’t understand why some people want her gone, actually I can’t remember a CEO this place has ever been happy with. It’s not an easy job being the CEO of a team that the AFL doesn’t give a flying **** about and needs financial assistance to simply survive.

I’m sure her job would be a lot easier if the boys started winning.

Edit- Euge was the last liked but that was off the back of the AFL trying to kill our club.

I wouldn't mind Bell, been away from the club for over 20 years, and while he hasn't taken Freo to any great heights, he's quite switched on and would bring a somewhat outside perspective. Not sure though if he'd be willing to move away from WA though, seems quite entrenched over there.

He had a big reputation but it's not a record that will make a headhunter want to call.
