Can you go into the negative?Poor St Kilda...
If Yeo misses time due to injury early in the season I wouldn’t be surprised seeing him in your starting centre square midfield. Only behind Harley and Kelly at the moment.I thought Richmond were the ones to snub that offer as they wanted pick 14 ?
Richmond also offered Graham more money to get us to up our offer but Graham declined.
From what has been said Graham has been great during preseason but his lack of pace and injury history makes me sceptical he is worth what we paid .
TBH yeo wasn't going to be a main stay in our midfield much longer. If Yeo misses time due to injury early in the season I wouldn’t be surprised seeing him in your starting centre square midfield. Only behind Harley and Kelly at the moment.
Mini knew what he was doing getting him across.
So Swans have 2 flags going by that ?
Guess we remember this differently. No problem with that.I thought Richmond were the ones to snub that offer as they wanted pick 14 ?

That’s was always his one deficiency. Saw him fall in his draft year. He landed at the right club (Tigers) to get the most out of his career to date. From what has been said Graham has been great during preseason but his lack of pace and injury history makes me sceptical he is worth what we paid .
If Graham can be as good as lyons I would be stoked . He looks to me like a poor man's ben keysGuess we remember this differently. No problem with that.

I don’t know how much you are paying for him. My gut feeling is, he’ll possibly have a similar career and impact that Jarryd Lyons had for us.
Keys is decently fast, and can run all day.If Graham can be as good as lyons I would be stoked . He looks to me like a poor man's ben keys
In all honesty, and I'm not trying start a back and forth, "you so would" kind of thing here, but I wouldn't be totally fazed if we missed out on The Chad.
Reckon he's a bit surplus to your needs also. Pickett would be the better option, IMO.In all honesty, and I'm not trying start a back and forth, "you so would" kind of thing here, but I wouldn't be totally fazed if we missed out on The Chad.
Don't get me wrong, he's a champion player and he improves any team he goes to, but he's surplus to needs for Fremantle.
We are loaded with midfielders and Young is turning into the goalkicking mid we've been looking for, we got small forward gaps we need to fill before we go looking for that big fish.
So, in summary, would I love Chad in the squad? Yes. Would I be upset if he ended up at the Weegs? No. Would I want us to match up on him in a GF? Absolutely not.
Yeah, that's essentially what I was going for there mate. Just didn't want to end up talking about Kozzie in a The Chad board.Reckon he's a bit surplus to your needs also. Pickett would be the better option, IMO.
Going to Richmond you reckon?
Jack is a defensive mid in the mould of George Hewitt.Keys is decently fast, and can run all day.
Lyons was good for us at the start. But the game changed with a lot more focus on mids who can run all day, or have burst and power.
I believe we agree on Graham in terms of onfield fit at WC, just have different views on how he plays the game. For me, he's an inside mid, but at the Tigers he was down the pecking order, so he was pushed forward, where he found a role on the fringe of their best 22, because he was a better overall player than the next best small/half forward they had.
He's not a top tier mid, so he's a role player, and plays whatever role his club requires of him to the best of his ability. The type of player that yoyo's in and out of a teams best 22.Jack is a defensive mid in the mould of George Hewitt.
Better tackler and stopper of the play when his team don’t get the ball. But gets less of the ball himself than George does. A good kick inside 50 when he gets the opportunity. Brave. Strong. Slow. Needs speed around him or he gets found out quickly.
He’s a second string mid and a vital cog as a club man and role player in a contending side. At the eagles he may end up in their starting midfield early.
Warner? Don't get your wires crossed but Applecross is incomparably better to Hopper's crossing, IMO.Going to Richmond you reckon?
You’d hope so and he’d show this by signing a fresh new contract soon.Reckon Harley's pretty happy out west.

Wouldn't be expecting anything before the bye, IMO.You’d hope so and he’d show this by signing a fresh new contract soon.
Pretty sure he can’t change his wages for this year. Next year should be different and it would be financially responsible to do it as late as possible so everyone has a chance to throw their god father deals at him which he can use to leverage the best deal possible.Wouldn't be expecting anything before the bye, IMO.

Think he’ll sign if/after we get Chad Warner at WCE and before the start of the 2026 season. 2 year extension (1yr remaining + 2 additional years)
