It's pretty risky imo. I get why he's staying put but whilst he's Europe's hottest properties, he'll have everyone looking at him. Anything can happen in 12 months. A major injury, lost form etc. Hopefully he's the same player he is right now though, he's too exciting to wish otherwise.

he probably learnt it at school.

ronaldo would've come across knowing little to no english and taught enough to communicate with team mates and those sort of interviews.

there's plenty of people who have spoken english all their lives and dont know how to use tense.
