Will they name Weid or ANB?

You would think Weid for structure but considering how underdone our spine is we might as well go into the game small and try to beat them with pace.

Yeah fair call.
Probably doesn't make a difference I suppose.
This has belting written all over it either way.

Definitely hoping for ANB to come in, Weid just makes us slow without offering too much if his previous games are anything to go by. May as well go in small and see if we can get an advantage that way.

It'll no doubt makes little difference to what will likely be a very one sided result, to put it lightly. I'll be watching tho, it might actually be nice to watch without the stress of expectation.

Is that what you said v Hawthorn last year and Geelong the year before?

Missed some great wins.

We are zero chance, the way the Crows move the ball will HORRIBLY expose us.

I won't post here until after the GF if we somehow win, Striker475 Proper Gander you can even ban me till then to ensure it happening.

Yeah I really don't see the value of bringing Weid in. He's not going to get more than 6 or 7 touches, and it's not like he has the build / tank to crash packs or to consistently present as an option like more developed key forwards when they can't get a touch. We should have gone in with a deliberately small forward line and at least create some point of difference, create a few mismatches, and hope that we could somehow run the Crows off their feet. As it stands, Daniel Talia's going to have a field day, especially given how we deliver the ball into the 50 at the best of times. I wonder what the record for intercept marks is?

They the best in the league at scoring goals out the back; we are the best in the league at conceding shitloads of those.

Nope but this season is even more frustrating. Can't take a trick.

We should go a small forward line with Garlett, Kent and Benken all roaming around. We have no problems getting the ball down there, and its usually on the turf because of the 50 players in our forward 50, it might actually go alright, this would be our chance to experiment.

We should, but we decided to bring ANB and Weideman along as emergencies and leave Ben and Stretch at Casey .

I'd bring Weideman in and tell him to sit at full forward and run in straight lines. Maybe give him a run in the ruck too (thanks, Wallsy), give him an education.

Nah I'd tell him to stay on the move, never be standing still. Always be leading all day at the ball carrier because if he is coming at the guy with the footy and he jumps at it he would be bloody hard to stop

Going off the AFL teams, we've got Weideman listed at full forward, so if that's any indication, no ANB.

You're all freaking out for no good reason. Easy as. Go to Adelaide, smash the crows. Easy. Beat them with class on every line. Easy. Take the Weed, he smashes their defenders. Easy. Get 15 goals up by the start of the third - we could even coast and its a smashing.

Kent's in. Smashing to commence in ten hours. Easy.

Yeah I think they've officially replaced Hogan with Weid ... so just when we thought we'd gotten rid of an ineffectual player taking up space in the forward line ... Oh well ... prove us wrong Weid, prove us wrong
