Viney's poor foot skills cost his team the game last night.

Taylor Adams does a lot of good things, but u cant deny his turnovers are absolute killers

Could have sworn it was gawns two easy misses plus spoiling Oliver’s goal on the line that cost them the game, plus sekecting a sub that they didnt want to utilise

I remember being in the crowd in 2019 and it was pretty quiet. We went in there expecting to win, and then when things started to go pear shaped the crowd collectively started to shit itself and it was quiet in a totally different way. Can't let this happen again.

We need not only everyone to turn up if they're able, but we need to bring the noise and positive energy. Go absolutely feral for us if need be. Make it as inhospitable as possible. If we're lucky to get a good start make it feel overwhelming. If we start slow get around us. We've earned this advantage, lets make the most of it!

Their midfield is dynamic, but feeds off pace and intelligent positioning more than inside mid power. That is why Nick Daicos coming in for us will be so important, even relative to the loss of Tay. :(
PA showed that when they lifted the pressure, GWS was stopped in their tracks. PA was unable to sustain the necessary levels for whatever reason, but we know that we can.
GWS blitzed Port in the 2nd, but could not sustain that level of frenetic energy for longer, as the rest of the game was equalised.
We will bring an energy to the game such that GWS will not know what hit them, given their finals experience thus far.
I am not overconfident: GWS has incredible skills in balking, and in speed.
But we won't be letting Hogan kick 4 goals, and Bergman showed the blueprint for controlling Toby Green.

Briggs does not seem to be using his left arm down in the rooms. Looks sore.
Obviously not reveling in his injury but the thought of Cameron going up against him next week makes me sick so this could be a bit of a blessing.

The key will be the pressure and being hard at it. From what I observed, GWS did not seem to like it when Port finally decided to increase the pressure. They want to just be allowed to run it around on the outside, uncontested. They want it bruise free.
I wish! They love hard, contested footy and thrive when the heat is on.
