He gets in the way and blows so many chances that it kind of negates the positives.
For me, he will never lead us to a flag as our go to forward.
There is no way that he can be held in the same conversation as Kennedy, Walker, Buddy, Daniher, Hawkins, Cameron, Brown, McKay, Curnow, Naughton, both Kings...I can keep going.
I can barely think of 3 other teams that he’d be a walk up start in.

Everyone remembers his 1 game. Unfortunately his other 70 games are the problem. He is a ruckman because he sure as hell can’t play as a forward.

I was there, the following week when he missed a kick, last quarter, 40 out that would’ve gone a long way to winning the flag.

I saw him kick 2 and get involved in a number of key plays including a brilliant tackle and many great contests which brought the ball to ground-more than our highly paid Cloke did in 2010.

I totally expect the team to be the same except for Macrae for Adams.

You do know his disposal efficiency this year is running better than Adams. And surprise, surprise, he is running better than "that's a rare disposal error by"..Sidebottom..
And only slightly worse than Pendles...

Treloar has slotted into the Doggies lineup really well. It’s a shame he isn’t here. I get why we couldn’t afford to keep him. He is a $650k pa midfielder not a $950k pa midfielder. We all suffered for the terrible decisions by Hine (or whoever was responsible for list management/contracts at the time).

Should have played out his career at the Pies. I hope he wins a premiership this year.

I've had him also, he did in for scans this week to see if they could get his finger out of his middle intestine.

Honestly the guy could be anything but he is icing rather than the cake (currently) IMHO.

Story sounds legit to me, given he doesn't do every session. Last week didn't do the captains run or very much of the main session. He seems to miss a session at least once a week.

Phillips rarely had DE%'s over 70 and most here thought he was a star, despite the protestations of a few. Madge's 1st game at senior level on a wing he manages 25 disposals, 3 marks, 1 goal 1, 5 I50's, 4 R50's, 3 clearances, and 550+ meters gained, and people sook about his DE%. If Phillips had a game like that at any time we'd be drowning in the gushing.

If you had invited me to a PowerPoint presentation on the Madge.. not only would I have asked for a prawn sandwich and a glass of wine before you started your presentation.. I would have charged you a gorilla for inviting me.. and then I would have left 30 secs in.. charged you for travel expenses.. opened your bar room cabinet.. and taken your best bottle of vino re.. and just left.
