You Philistines are all in need of a cultural education. It is John Belushi's famous line from Animal House.Nothing like a history lesson on BF - I've been misled all these years!!

thought I was missing something - but just chucked it in anywayYou Philistines are all in need of a cultural education. It is John Belushi's famous line from Animal House.
I'm not fooled by thatToga, toga...
just had lunch at Bistro Thierry - in between gigs!
quite nice!!
packed - no sign of any economic downturn in there!
Coincidentally it was only around the corner at the Mt.Erica (whilst eating a solo lunch of 3 pots and 1 burger) where I typed my post of hope!Good spot. A mate lives around the corner and we go there often.
261 minutes on field for 2 marks inside 50 (1 Adelaide last year, 1 Carlton this year) and 1 contested mark (Adelaide last year).
And everyone else would be wrong...
The key stats for Madgen was the 56% disposal efficiency and 9 turnovers!
The only player who won his position on the night and therefore our best was Moore with his 11 intercept possessions and 100% disposal efficiency.
Might have a big slug...who knowsI’ve seen nothing to suggest that T Brown is physically ready
That’s really deep man.Might have a big slug...who knows
do we have a bunker to hide in?
I will and I’ve got a great rationale for it, too.Just remember to tip Collingwood.
You can only play the players that are ready to go. Most of the kids and developing players didn’t have much game time last year.I cant believe we fielded the oldest team of anyone in round 4.
It's just so Nathan to continue to play 30+ yr olds.
Greenwood will no doubt be selected in the side this week just as Mayne was the weeks prior.
Everything changes but nothing changes at Collingwood.
I’ve been reliably informed that the only measure of a winning season is a premiership. Given most of us have only seen two of those, I’m prepared to wait a little longer. Not sure about you, but I’m making preparations. It’s going to be a few long cold winters before we see a winning season again

Nasty image thereThat's what tyler said
Yet Treloar getting 32 possessions on the weekend at 48%DE with 6 turnovers is apparently showing the world exactly why we should have retained him.... go figure.
Madge has had what about 3 of his 25 games where his DE% has been <70% across his career, is more often >80%, even >90%, yet that’s the deciding factor for you on a wet slippery night at the G.... okay, whatever. Definitely among my best performed Pies players on the night.

Yeah.. the Madge is very good at grabbing a hold of the pill free in the back 50.. and launching it 30 meters sideways.. to a bloke who is free.. or just launching it down the line to a contest.. wouldn't logic suggest that playing in the midfield.. under pressure.. to make a good play.. result in more errors when disposing of the pill?
