Verry dissapointed with Clinton Young and Tom Murphy today. Could go back into the seconds both of them.

Young didn't hasn't have a great few weeks. He seems tired, not sure if his injuried but when pressures on he seems to slip or fumble alot.

Young, Murphy and Clarke would be out before Kennedy and Morton.

Dew is gone for 4-5 weeks. Bad Hammy, same one.

Young has had a VERY average two weeks.

Kennedy and Morton had very solid debut games. Stay IN!!

Xavier Ellis was VERY good. Clarke is in a world of hurt at seasons end. GONE!

very disappointed with a fair bit that i seen today. I would keep kennedy for a another game, drop clarke. A fringe player at his best, don't rate him. Although morton-kennedy would be a close call.

I feel that it should be Kennedy if anyone to be dropped even though he was quite alright today.

We need runners like Clarke and Young because we are missing McGlynn and Guerra still. Whilst Murphy sures up out average defence and Morton had a better game than Kennedy.

My guess is Hodge is still 2 weeks away and Guerra is 4. I think it takes longer for the stocky and heavy guys to repair.

It will be 4 weeks to the day come game day - would have to be a strong shot.

My hunch is that he will miss and be given the extra week to make sure its right.

I would drop Murphy just for the reason that the doggies backline fits better for Laddos and Ellis type than Murphs height. Plus he was horrible at best today. I would give Clarko another go, and Kennedy will be a rapid improver, just remember its his first game.

Not sure if Boyle will fit into the structure against the doggies. Stick with buddy and roughy as the major targets and junior and willow chipping in.

Hopefully Lewis and Crawf are back and Tucky can get a game.

ok its got to me im sick of people who continually pick players out and carry onlike they are the selection commitee for the team. Players will make mistakes especially those that have had not the luxury of being in the team for the full year its hard for players who are in and out to just gell with the team immediately, give these players a break. Three weeks ago youngy was being praised to no end, now people want get rid of him same as Timmy Clark he is praised one week then not considered good enough to play for the Box Hill Reserves, he kicked a goal today which could have well been the difference between winning and losing.
Another thing that irks me is people at the game who continually carry on about hawthorn not manning up.As i understand it thats our game plan it has been well documented in the media. We dont play a man on man game and at times oppositions will find holes in the game plan and will expose us as The Melbourne SouthPort Sharks did today, it will though take a good team to do this for the whole game, enjoy the ride

Kennedy will not be dropped. Was very good today for his first match. He has the ability to play up forward, which could be good if the Dogs use one of those giant rucks they have up forward (roughy might be forced down there)

Im hoping to god hodgie comes back, they said it would be 3-4 weeks and its been 3 is there any chance for him to comeback??
Kennedy and Morton had a great debut, congrates to both of them, their going to be a big part of hawthorn. To be honest, i dont think clarke well be there at the end of the year, because B-Mac will take his spot

Other than that, bring the bullies!! Going to be a awesome match, just wish it was at the 'G'..

Morton - Some good pieces of play, however needs more BH time.

Dew has saved Young in my opinion because without Guerra and Dew we have no thumping long left foot kicks. Young will come good again with confidence.

Clarke will retain his spot for a negating role next week, perhaps on Aker.
