Having spoken to two senior players in my role as a journalist, and one senior official, I can tell you that there is. Expect a few players to 'just want out' at the end of the year.
How are things going on the Lakemba express anyway? Figured out why your circulation keeps dropping yet?

Lol

No wonder you make unsubstantiated explosive clams

I don't actually. I don't cover AFL but if you understood anything about company culture you would realise when people aren't selected on merit and others keep senior roles with no justification based on insipid performances, it creates disharmony within the workplace.

When you start earning $400,000 a year as a media consultant let me know.
Not to be a smart arse but dropping a salary figure like that just makes you look like a complete prat.
For someone that's a journalist, I would have thought you'd be verbose and not have to rely on mine is bigger than yours type of discussion.

I feel sorry for you having to clean factory floors for a living with this voluntary role being your sole source of power.
Congratulations, I know hate someone more than Vickery. You should show yourself out.

... Wasn't Vickery's contract worth $400k? He does little more that speak to the media nowadays and know a bit about disharmony

I don't see any justification for Priddis or Le Cras getting a game this week.

Le cras is an upgrade on Masten. Any arguments there?

Go read the Port board, a lot saying Priddis historically plays well against them. Boak, Oli Wines and SPP are big bodied inside mids who aren't super quick so maybe Priddis matches up well against Ports inside mids.

Was one of the players Lamb?

I thought you had confirmation from two players and an official of disharmony ? Now it appears you are making assumptions.

You are a current player? Give me a break. Let's see what happens when the season shall we? A lot of player managers are eagerly looking around.
As a "journalist" ( with the standard of journalism, it isn't anything to brag about ) ( 400k ? if you say so ) I would have thought you would have interpreted my comment correctly ? But sadly no. Obviously your journalistic skills are failing .

If the problem is players not getting promoted on merit and senior players being gifted spots they don't deserve, why would the two senior players he's spoken to be unhappy and want out

And why would three young players extend their contracts in the last week or so - Sheed, Nelson and reportedly Venables

And why would a journalist/media consultant on $400k per year use such childish terms as Ploddus and Lecrap

Exactly.

LeCras is an upgrade on Masten for sure, but shockingly out of form. Hopefully it is due to injury and if so it is shit coaching by Simmo to play him if he was so injuried.

I think you are on the money with Priddis coming back in, is the only reason I can think of as to why he comes straight back in. One on one match up with Wines. If I was Port I'd be trying to match up SPP on him and run off him and hurt us the other way

By journalist I bet he means he's got a blog and runs one of those AFL facebook pages that post really crappy memes

West Coast have one of the best retention rates of players in the league.

Of senior players I can only think of a few who wanted out, and it had more to do with external forces (go home factor) than disharmony in the squad.

I think, like 90% of journalists these days, you're mixing facts with supposition.

I know I should let it go but seriously, 400k? Journalist's earn around 60k. The "great" Damien Barrett :p wouldn't be on anything like that.
