On this, apparently the league is moving to a four team finals system for 2025.

Everybody makes finals.

Ken Hinkley job for life.

Was watching a on TV a couple months ago in WA I think about a two team footy competition.
Up woop woops somewhere, two towns play each other every week and of cause meet in the Grand Final every year.
Sometimes there’s not enough players on one side so the other team make up the numbers.
Just about all the towns people go every week to the game.
Now that’s Groundhog Day!

Wait?

Instead of having say, six clubs.

They have 4 clubs with 2 teams.

That’s ****ing stupid.

Allows the shit players to only have to play against other shit players.

As an extremely shit player, I support this idea.
Go West young man, two team comp, guaranteed a GF every year.
  • The Ravensthorpe and Districts Sports Association is located on the south coast of Western Australia.
  • The competition features players from the farming towns of Ravensthorpe, Hopetoun, and Lake King.
  • The Hopetoun Sharks captain, Damon Jones, has said that the competition is unique and that it's good to play against Ravensthorpe week after week.
