I think this is the biggest problem I have with the way it has all played out. Call it a mistake, for both Allir and Jones, but both "mistakes" were to the benefit of Port Power in both the Showdown, and for next week.

Neither of the mistakes were to the benefit of the players. Pretty obvious why the "mistake" occurred.

Nothing about them thinking they were clever subbing Jones with a migraine but not concussion.

That one's almost worse because they had time to plan it.

For me this was always about Aliir and his availability not just for the Crows game but the Cats this week. Jones is someone they can replace with several options - they don’t have one for Aliir
