Cheer squad looked fuller and was great to see alot of the little flags but still hardly any noise and the boring old Bulldogs chant.

Have to say the cheersquad was noticeably bigger than I've seen in recent times. Couldn't say that they were any louder or their chants were more effective etc than in the past (sit on the wing and hard to hear) but looks to be a step in the right direction. Well done Garlo!

End of the game was amazing. So happy to see the Doggies faithful in full voice at the final siren. People on Level 2 could have gotten louder with the doggies chant though.

Any chance we can get individual player chants happening after they kick a goal. Sort of how the tigers have for Jumping Jack.

They are working on that, its just trying to figure out ones from the club and then teaching the cheer squad people the chants.

At the Footscray game yesterday there was 1 guy in a jester hat howling like a dog after every goal. It didn't make much of an impact with just one guy, but if 30,000 fans were to do it after every goal it would be deafening. It would be a unique cheer for dog fans, plus kids love howling.

Need one of the players to embrace it to make it even more effective. Imagine Stringer kicking a goal, turning to the crowd and Howling while we all howl back. Would be awesome lol.
