Hi everybody. I thought I would take this opportunity (Slow day at work) to introduce myself to all you wonderful cats fans.
I am a born and bred West Aussie but have followed the cats all my life and been a member for most of it, because my Dad is an old Geelong boy.

All my mates would say " How can you follow a Vic team when you are from WA" and call me disloyal and a traitor, but I would say to them "I'm not the one changing teams just because some blow in mob from here has started up". Of course none of them were Eagle fans until 1992 (like most of the state) as you can properly understand I have lost a lot of beer to these people over the years.

It's really great to have web sites like this to keep up with what's going on in the AFL apart from WCE and Freo cause that's all we hear about over here.

Looking forward to all the going on's on this site for season 2008 and of course looking forward to the footy. Cheers :)

I know the pain of living in WA and going for a VIC team, I lived in Broome for about 9 yrs and man it was bad :thumbsdown: I feel your pain, anyway feel free to stop here anytime and talk shit, Thats what most of us do :thumbsu::D

Hi mate, I'll give you a quick brief on how shit goes down here. We have 2 groups, "The Mongoloids" and "The KoolKatz".

"The Mongoloids":
Shell - Team leader - has red hair, very competitive and lives in an apartment that is infested with ants.
FTW_ - Team Stalker - If you need some gossip on a person, FTW is the the one, especially when it concerns internet business. Got a myspace account that is private that you wish to see? FTW will help you out. FTW prides herself on stalking ugly Victorian cricket players on the internet, if you ever need the facebook account of a cricket player - ask FTW.

Next up is "The KoolKatz": We are basically the non-mongoloids and possess no clear deformities.
There is no heirachy here because we are adults and can function without it. You can basically assume that a person is a "koolkat" if they aren't the two people mentioned in the Mongoloids tribe.

I don't stalk UGLY players, they have to be hot.
And you're about as gay as the name "KoolKatz."

Bloody Eagles supporters going on and on about how loyal and diehard they are when they've had sucess arfter being in the comp 5 minutes.

'92 was so bad I moved to Darwin for a few years to get away from them.

It's funny, I remember during the Malthouse years people couldn't get a Eagle membership for love nor money, then they had a bad year under Judge missed the finals for the first time in about 10 years and all of a sudden they advertising for members on the TV.

I will stop by here when I can and see whats going on :thumbsu:

Ervine's not too bad looking the more you look at him. You can have Cam White though, he needs darker eyebrows, I can't see them.

Whatever assholes. You know that calamari can be caught of Portsea peir at 6pm using a big dick rod with those jiggas on them. You have to get in the good spots before the locals come. They will try push you away by hooking their lines on yours but don't fall for it. Hold your ground and the calamari will come, trust me. Once you get the calamari out swing your big dick rod towards the assholes that tried hooking up your line and the calamari will land in their face and squirt shit at them. Pretend its an accident and you won't end up going for a swim. You can only do it once though so make it worth it.

These are the big dick rods - they go out about 7m.

I know I know, at least we can both be happy that Little Lleyton got a hiding :D.

Sharapova is the favourite but no certainty. I'm hoping either Ivanovic or Eliiiza's girl (Hantuchova) will win.

I really like Tsonga the Frogman's style, but I'd say whoever wins the Federer-Djokovic match will claim the title.

And then the NAB Cup is just around the corner! :thumbsu:

BTW what happened to BDP's modem? It ain't the same without his sex jokes in here. ;)
