2: The claim was made, there are people of reasonably high acumen that have verified that the claims made by the woman throughout her life.
If you were a valued friend of someone making this claim that had taken their life, that had been entrusted with her story, would you want your version of her events available to some forum?

The timing of this allegation and the vessels utilised to release it, should make a rational person very wary of an agenda.

If you were a valued friend of someone making this claim that had taken their life, that had been entrusted with her story, would you want your version of her events available to some forum?

I would have to go through a weighing up process regarding the persons stability and behaviour, and if I was convinced, then I wouldn't bother with any media release histrionics, etc., I would be fronting the alleged perpetrator in person myself, and I would know the truth soon enough.

The forum for inquiry with regard to this, at least according to most people, is a police investigation.

They dropped it as it could not reach the requisite level to facilitate charges, and believe me, that level is low.
