Pretty funny that you can't even read a 4 page thread then accuse someone of being off topic - clearly a topic you have admitted to having no background or idea on.

Contribute constructively or hit the bricks pal.
 
In fact I believe the person helping noel had an agenda of their own and was at his wake. Available on the net, or it was. Police keeping lots here close to their chests and I think arrests are imminent.
 
Whilst recent developments are certainly promising regarding the link between the Karrakatta rape and the CSK I'm still fairly strong in my belief that police do not have DNA.

I have yet to see this recent news interview of Peter Weygers posted so here it is:



It clearly states official police clearances have yet to be given to Weygers and LW.

In regards to Dixie (from 2008): WA Police Deputy Commissioner Murray Lampard said on Sunday Dixie was closely investigated at the time and eventually ruled out as a suspect.

"We thoroughly investigated Dixie in relation to the period he lived in Western Australia and he was looked at in depth during this investigation."

In regards to Dixie if they DNA why would they 'eventually' rule him out. Likewise, surely WA Police would have publicly cleared PW and LW if they had DNA.

There is a myriad of other ways they could have forensically linked the crimes scenes.

On a side note I entirely agree with Weygers that he does deserve a public apology and compensation. As for LW, whilst I still have him high on my list of POI's, it's hard to argue a case against compensation given he hasn't been in charged in the 20 years the investigation has been running.

At least you've given up on the Eastern states pretence. I spent many years in the WA wheatbelt, not much Magick there.
 
Is this case still getting high media attention on a regular basis in Perth or does it just pop up once or twice a year for a couple of days.
 
Droc once PM'd me some documents (I didn't ask for them) that were rather bizarre, I'll have to see if they're still on my old computer.

Only took 4 pages until the people who know more than everyone yet can't say came out, this topic is like an attractant to compulsive liars and those with a inflated sense of self worth.

Craigos - well said mate.

It will be interesting to see where all those files of his landed after his passing in April, including the undoctored version of that final post.

Absolutely, the problem with this case is that both on the police side and public side it seems to be more a case of making the evidence fit your theory not using the evidence to establish a theory.

RU486 ^ but I think you're right in the sense that the police themselves are yet to make an official public statement. Different newspapers have claimed the clearance as well as LW and his family, but I don't know that WAPOL have ever publicly confirmed it..

Does anyone on here believe that the police actually do have DNA from the CSK?
I'd be keen to hear your thoughts.
 
I don't think at any stage I've seen the police state that there is a 'DNA ' link to the CSK and the Karrakatta rape. They have alluded that there is a 'forensic' link which is not necessarily the same thing.

Snipped. I don't thing they have usable DNA from any of the assaults. I think they may have had mitochondrial DNA in the beginning, but used it all up before nuclear testing was developed. I think they may know a few markers, at best.

This is the only answer that addresses why some people remained suspects for so long, and why police dedicated so much money and manpower into DNA testing and equipment.

But I am not dead set on this position, I've flip-flopped several times.

I don't think the police have said anything. It was reported by The Post so it's essentially hearsay.

Indeed you are most probably correct, perhaps my recollection of it becoming forward is sketchy, however ... it's pretty obvious that someone from WAPOL has leaked it to the media. Anything other than that would make these new media reports a blatant lie.

The night the girl went missing from Claremont

I went to my friend’s house because they wanted to take me out for my birthday

One of my friends said lets go to Claremont then my other friend said yes and you watch a girl will go missing.

So we drove to Claremont to have some drinks at the cont hotel, my first time to go to Claremont.

It was a very heavy night on the beer for all of us.

We left the cont about 12.00am and walk to hungry jack to buy some food.

After we received our food we sat down outside hungry jack at a bus stop on Stirling Highway.

Then we notices one girl walking on the other side of the road about 12.20am and one of my friend said you’re crazy for hitchhiking. CG just waved her hands to us and kept on walking passed.

My friend said that girl is going to go missing tonight (I do not remember much from that night.)

So the night was over and we court a taxi home.

On the Monday my friend ring me and said remember that girl who walked passed us on Friday in Claremont, she has gone missing, I ring the police and there was 3 police cars at my house in 20 minutes.

My friend came over to my house to talk to the police.

In my statement to the police I remember a girl walking pass with a black dress and white top on.

To tell you the truth I do not remember much from the night but I did not see a car stop to talk to her that night.

My other friend said to the police that the girl was walking pass with a white top black dress and she was putting on her black jacket as she was walking down the road, he also said that a car stop and was talking to her.

The task force also took all the cloths that we had on that night.







6 MONTHS AFTER CG WENT MISSING I ASTRO TRAVEL ONE NIGHT



The night the girl went missing has always been on my mind always thinking about that girl.

One night in November I was at work on the afternoon shift and I looked up in to the sky and asked

To God was that really the girl I seen that night. About 11.00pm that night I started to get butterfly

In my stomach and I just did not feel right.

I arrived home from work about 13.30am and into bed at 13.50am as soon as I got into bed I closed

My eyes and I started seeing shadows on the celling of my bed room. Then it felt like I had tunnel

Vision and all colored shapes was coming at me and I remember my breathing change and I said to myself that it feels like I’mgetting hypnotized and I was pinned to the bed I could not move.

Next thing I remember is a lot of faces flashing in front of me.

It stopped on one face and I said to myself I better remember that face it was a man about 42 years old

With a red hat but the hat was two kinds of red light and dark red and I white shirt on he was about 110kg and one think I will not forget is the big mole he has on his face. Next think I was floating next to a helicopter flight over lots of pine trees then a red laser beam came out pointing to a trees next think there she is CG walking down Stirling Highway putting on her black jacket over her white top with a black dress on.

It felt so real like I was awake and my eyes was open and I was just watching her on my curtains in my room. CG wanted to show me something down the hill on StirlingHighway there she was waving to me

Calling me with her hands to follow her (I WAS SO SCARED AND MY HEART WAS BEATING SO FAST)

Then a red laser beam came out of her hand point to a tree. There were three trees there and a school with red bricks and cream bricks around the windows also there was a red brick garden shed joint onto

The school then next thing I see is a shadow of two people next to the middle tree were he had a big knight to her throat at that stage I was fighting the dream and I pull out of the dream.

I got out of bed at 2.10am and told my friend who was sleeping in the lounge room what just happen

I was throwing up all night.

I have been with the macro about 4 or 5 times and I talked to them and showed them the school on

Stirling Highway with the three trees where LW took the girl.





Just remember this happen 18 years ago so its hard to remember everything.
