Unsolved Claremont Serial Killings - Case update: DNA discovery

The night that Anita Cobby was murdered , one of her friends had a dream in which Anita Cobby told her she wouldn't be seeing her at work anymore as she had died.
She then woke up next morning to the news her friend had been murdered. Anita's father on the night she was murdered saw a cloud that resembled an evil face .
I'm not saying what was posted happened nor didn't happen. Just don't be so quick to dismiss. Strange things can and do happen.

Someone ran their finger down my back 2 days after SMM (whom I knew) disappeared. I was at a print shop in Wembley. I swung around & no one was there, not even nearby. Two days later I knew it was her that did that.

Ok not saying Frankie's story is or isn't true, and I agree that mysterious things do happen especially surrounding death, but in fear of this thread being derailed, can we please put the ghost stories and superstitions aside and get back to the facts?

Curious to know why the police were interested in the printer shop on Stirling Hwy, as far as I can remember it was in front of the phone box SS rang a cab from.

There's long been speculation about a police officer being involved in the CSK. However, I have always thought of this as rumor and innuendo, however I didn't realise a police officer was actually investigated at the time.

Anyone heard of this before and have any further information?

Here's my questions:
1. Were the police asking if the company stored rope in the carpark? Or were they asking if any rope was found in the carpark?
The article indicates the police made the inquiries in 2011, and the development involved new technology. How would anyone remember about rope in a carpark 15 years after the fact?
2. The article says the company was a screen printing company (prints on fabric), not a print/copy shop. What products or processes are used in commercial screen printing that could be of interest? hasn't some one on here worked at a screen printing company before?
3. Where was this screen printing company? I read a comment once that seemed to indicate it was on the north western corner of Stirling and Stirling. Can anyone confirm this? Does anyone know the businesses name? When did it cease operations?

Hahaha. It took me forever to figure out what you were talking about.
I googled "Dave" in the first CSK thread, but only found references to Bricklayer Dave and David Caporn. Then it dawned on me to reread my post and check my own links.
Let's not question Dave or his comments. He has a sophisticated style and would probably blow the ceiling off an IQ test.

Where was the phonebox SS used in relation to the printing shop?
Also just so I can confirm, when you say NW corner, is this the Chatsworth Tce or St Quentin Ave side of Stirling Road?

Green Marker - phone box
(Phone box is on St Quentin side of Stirling Rd, and the print shop is on Chatsworth Terrace side of Stirling Rd)

I could not find any definitive information about printing ink's affects on DNA. But many chemicals will destroy DNA, and I agree ink is probably one of them.
I did find an interesting link between commercial printing and something included in the early profile releases.
I will post it in just a bit...still have to track down the old profile link.

As far as I can remember the phone box was outside the front of the printing shop, just west of the Stirling Hwy/road intersection

Yep the printing shop was definitely within the blue polygon. Now looking at your diagram maybe the phone box was where you suggest.
Scary that I walked past that area nearly everyday for 8 years and can't remember the details of the phone box's location. Albeit many years ago (20+), which makes it hard for people questioned by police on exact details of a random night even harder.
Looking like it might need to go the coroner in the end.

While reading about the screen printing process (mentioned several posts above) and chemicals used by screen printers, I started googling the different chemicals to see what else they were used for. I didn’t find anything about masking DNA, but I did read some things about GBL. GBL is a chemical that is used:

I just think the police profile of an individual who would wash his car frequently (6) and the inquiry about chemicals used at a print shop (7) is interesting. I wonder if GBL was found at the crime scenes or in the toxicology reports?

This means she would have started on east side of Stirling Rd and crossed to the west side to use the phone. She then crossed back to the east side to wait for a taxi.
This matches the perspective of the three guys in the car on the CIA episode. It would also match early descriptions of Sarah waiting beside a BC The Body Club sign. The address for BC was 351 Stirling Hwy. which would be inside the green building.

This pocket of Claremont saw both SS and CG disappear.
Do you think it's possible CG was spooked by the passing car and decided to cross over to the phonebox to call a cab?
Google Maps Perth 1965 shows the eastern corner to have a laneway on the eastern corner which could be a good staging point.
