Hahaha must have been a quick coffee as he was then spotted at training at 12pmA caller into 3AW has just sighted Clarko having coffee with Pies powerbrokers in Korda and Licka. Might be BS, but very interesting. I would be amazed if Clarko is not Hawks coach next year.
Say whatever you want about Clarko but I can guarantee he is not stupid enough to have a public meeting with the Pies board in the middle of a season. Seriously people.
Nowhere would be more private than 'The Hanger' during the month of SeptemberIm certain if Clarko was to actually meet with the pies, he would choose a spot super private obviously where the press or the public would not potentially spot him.
Public cafe on a Richmond main road is perfect.
Honestly what a coach, hope he stays for the next 5 years,There's still a hole in the whiteboard: Hawks on 'pest' Clarko, and THAT punch (afl.com.au)
Interesting time for the club to release this
Are we trying to hose down any speculation that Clarko isnt going anywhere.
On a positive note, it shows why he is a great coach and why his players want to play for him
Some awesome footage of his interaction with players on boundary line there. Love how he's giving Chad a big hug on the interchange bench during a game. There's still a hole in the whiteboard: Hawks on 'pest' Clarko, and THAT punch (afl.com.au)

He's a ripper.
I've never seen that footage of him giving the players a bake neither. Great insight into angry-coach Clarko.
I think we need to check on Jack! There's still a hole in the whiteboard: Hawks on 'pest' Clarko, and THAT punch (afl.com.au)

You don’t know what you’ve got til it’s goneWhy is everyone trying to push him out?
What are you basing your guess on ?Clarkson is a once in a generation coach and knows how to rebuild. Surely we're not going to do a Malthouse/Buckley with Sammy and Clarko. I'm guessing brainless Jeff wants this.
The only thing stable about them is their instability.Caro said Clarko wouldn’t go to Collingwood because ‘unstable boardroom’
memo Caro, carlton is unstable too, it’s just that they haven’t been stable for decades and you can’t tell the difference

Not a chance. Eddie loves Bucks more than a fat kid loves cakejeff loves Sammy like Eddie loves bucks? Not so sure
IMO We give Clarko 2 more years then Mitchell takes the reignsKennett and Clarkson: the game behind the game at Hawthorn

It all depends on Mitchell though whether he feels ready to take on that responsibility or not. I think Mitchell is invested in the club, I don’t know if I’m reading too much into it, but for a player like Dimma to sign a new deal, surely he’s been told about the future plan which encouraged him to stay.IMO We give Clarko 2 more years then Mitchell takes the reigns
