For your info AFL players know about what occured and are talking about it but are more than aware nothing will come of it.

Would it make you feel better about losing the Grand Final if a few players had slightly elevated HGH levels?

Doesnt bother me wont change a thing. Interesting that other AFL footballers are not only aware of it but talking about it. The AFL basically shut the door on the clubs asking for explanations but sternly warned not to follow suite.

It's interesting you can say it without offering a shred of proof, I'm afraid it just makes you come off as bitter and jealous when you can't back up a claim like that.

How would you like me to prove it? A list of players and phone numbers so you can ask them?

So you can't prove it, therefore it is baseless drivel.

Can you prove that this isnt correct? Even the most bias of Pies supporters cant get what story there all following right. Was it six tested positive but marginally under? Was it not them at all? Was it natural hormones? Lets just say you dont know shit.

I will gladly take the word of these young players over yours.

Both rumours are likely to have been made-up considering there is not a single half credible source to support it in four months.

I hear that if you repeat it often enough you will believe it to be true.

I think it's funny that so many hypocrites are having such difficulty accepting Collingwood's premiership. It's clearly obvious the rumours in this thread have been made-up considering it has been four months, and there has not been a single report on it. Not even from such half-arsed sources as SEN, Caro, Hutchy or Greg Denham, but the thread still drags on.

four months is your limit? fair enough

do any of these young players wear powerbands or believe in god?

I heard a rumor our premiership win is causing a lot of resentment and jealousy.

You realise that we are talking about ONE Collingwood player and SIX Saints players don't you?

I would very happy to rest knowing that all were shown to have insignificant and in-actionable amounts of "no matter what it was" in their systems if I was a Saints supporter.

You do realise that what you posted is rubbish. Not that you have to worry as nothing like this will be allowed to happen again. Six pies is what the players say it is.

Well you better let David Misson - Elite Performance Manager of the St Kilda Football Club know.

Because in his book The Bubble - Inside the Saints in 2010 he says 6 St Kilda players were tested.

Weston Media & Communications is the publisher if you would like to purchase a copy and support your club.

I certainly purchased a copy of Nick Mawell's One Grand Week in which he stated he was the only Collingwood player tested. ;)

well he was obviously olivious to what his teammates were doing...
We were just trying to get everything logistically sorted. It's very difficult when you've got the rooms the way they are and players getting taken off for drug testing.

''Automatically we had separation of our group which is not ideal, but that can't be helped.''

Did I not provide a link?
That substantiates this rumor? No you didn't.

And you do realize there were two Grand Finals right? One of them didn't yield a result and Maxwell was talking about the other.

And we have documented confirmation from David Misson, the Elite Performance Manager of the St Kilda Football Club that 6 St Kilda players were tested.

well as I quoted I wasn't confirming or denying the rumour I was providing an alternate view to the 1 Pie player taking a test- as supported by your coach.
'
yes I do realise there were two grand finals- but if it's your theory the Saints didn't win the first then it's also a given that neither did the pies.

Last checked this thread yesterday and gotta say I'm amazed that it's still open:confused:

And what happened to the St Kilda rumour thread? Was it closed due to it not having any articles etc to link to? Why not this one?

I sometimes wonder if threads like this and other rumour threads are left open in the off season because it keeps big footy ticking over.

All other probable reasons being explored will only end up in posters being carded.

quoted from maxwell's book after gf1

Nick Maxwell and three others were collared by drug testers................
"Four of us got dragged away for drug testing........................"

What is the exact rumour or has the the rumour become a collection of words arranged to suit the person perpetuating said rumour?

Is ASADA independant and free from the dark forces that control the AFL?

What you haven't realised is that the original rumour made no mention of grand finals. The testing could have been at any time during the season.

I can see by the team you support you have a bias (as do I) on this subject.

But how far back through your post history would I have to go to find you chastising members for posting rumours that are unsubstantiated by fact or a link to an article per your own board rules?

Not too far I suspect.

Anyone here heard a rumor going round that says in the next 1-2 weeks, the AFL will be making an announcement regarding 5 or 6 Collingwood players who tested positive to performance enhancing drugs post the Grand Final!!??

here fred is the mention of grand finals.....

the opening post suggest that the players tested positive post the grand final. but then again it does not mention what year they were positive:rolleyes:

so the players could have tested positive anytime during the 2010 season. makes the rumour even more ludicrous, how can ASADA an independant testing organization sit on this for possibly up to a year:eek:

maybe fred you can enlighten us to what the rumour actually is
