I reckon the folks who are negative towards him focus on the one or two howlers he commits every game, without paying any attention to the many many really good things he does.
The Bucks era was all about focussing on mistakes. The team reset really quickly, but it'll take a while for all supporters to reset.

Not sure us supporters realise it yet, but Fly is taking us on a cultural journey. A journey where we adapt to not Boo at the footy, where we behave like winners (even when we’re losing), where we embrace mistakes and chaos, where we don’t put ceilings on expectations, where we focus on behaviours and don’t get too hung up on outcomes.

It’s not Fly’s role to tell us how to barrack, and he’s not explicitly doing that. He’s just taking us on a slow journey …

It has been a hard thing to personally adjust to. I find myself getting drawn into anger at mistakes, but try to keep Fly's attitude at the forefront of my mind - he wants us to be making these mistakes.

Sounds a bit like Bazball.
Hopefully we get a better result.

I could always accept a howler or two or even three or four from players that tried to take the game on and make things happen (which was why I was still a fan of Lumumba in his later years even when most of the board had turned on him at that point). It was howlers from players like Mayne and Langdon that would drive me nuts. If you’re going to play safe with the ball then be safe with it!

My issue with Noble was a combination of his game as a whole not any one factor. He was too safe ball in hand and wasn’t particularly good defensively. Add the couple of howlers to his game overall I didn’t think he offered enough on the balance of things. Since McRae has come all of Nobles weakness except for the couple of howlers have been erased and his attacking game has gone to a new level. Takes on the game every possession, is able to absorb pressure from the opposition and break through and is able to find teammates in dangerous positions.

Agree!

Noble would have to be one of the big beneficiaries of the change in Coach.

Buckley loved Noble because he worked hard to get 100% out of himself.

Fly has developed Noble to be his best self.

His tackling is a thing to behold. He was accused of being too small and his tackles were too easily broken. He is one of our best now.

Oh man, i really enjoyed that clip. Mitch is such a pro, and you can bet your life our younger players are watching that and eating it up (at least the smart ones will be). Having a Brownlow medalist to watch and learn from day after day is just awesome.

Herald Sun reporting it now. Some loser has been sharing a Google Drive featuring folders of 45 AFL players that purportedly feature nude photos of them. Players haven't been identified in the article.
Yep, just saw it includes 45 past & present players. I'm glad the players haven't been identified in the article. Although if they're already circulating online, it won't take long for some to be revealed.

Robbo and the Herald will name all the Pies players as soon as any are known as usual. ********s
