He referred to Darcy Moore as the 'new age' Captain. Not sure what he means there. Somehow critical of Moore.
Then there was a reference to Moore and Jaimie cruising on Sydney Harbour before the Matilda's game. "Not what you'd want before the finals," or words to that effect. He goes for click-bait I know, but what was he suggesting?

Was it just me or was there a bit of 'code' in Kane Cornes's Age article yesterday? Anybody else pick it up, or am I being paranoid?

Yeah read that. It has been bagging Moore of a couple of years now so it could be that he just finds new avenues. Would have been annoyed as well that Moore attended the Moulin Rouge opening on Tuesday night with Dee Salmin and they entered the joint holding hands. Captains should not be out and about during the week. The harbour cruise with Jamie could be saying that they are in holiday mode already.

How can the AFL make it harder next year?
5 day breaks between WA and Brisbane after the short week around Anzac Day? Wouldn't put it past them.
