Highly inappropriate in the workplace.

Doubly so when it is from the CEO.

Would have thought that it would be a straightforward exercise for the board to interview the alleged recipient, and if they (a) did receive the photo from Kelly and (b) they still have it on their phone, then IMO Kelly would be gone.

The allegation is that he joked about sending it, not that he actually sent it.

It reads that the integrity unit dismissed this and so to the club.

And now he has engaged legal advice who as you say probably so wanna go full hog on this.

I still find it incredibly difficult to believe all this happened.

Just ask Ms Brewer, she was apparently there.

I think a lot of this all goes to their case which is, I'm guessing, unfair dismissal and compensation.

So the club dismissed the allegations but then just terminates employment? Pretty harsh. And I think a lot of this stuff will go to painting a picture of the working environment and even if a 1/4 of this is true then it's doing Kelly no favours.

Honestly, this sounds like satire it's so bad.

That's my problem. I hate the Olympics. Haven't been interested in them since Dean Lukin lifted Australia to glory in 1984.

You're onto something - Cwood scandals come around more often than the Olympics - no training required - they just happen

I'm not going to comment on the allegations until the burden of proof is satisified.

But this is a devestating allegation on such a important week for the club. I hope it doesn't take away from us celebrating one the greatest to put on the black & white.
